朋友介紹過來入住的，第一次入住總體還是可以的，第一酒店位置特別好，真正的地鐵站店，出行非常方便，周邊美食太豐富了，個人感覺比中山路的美食還好吃，房間比想象中大，乾淨整潔，酒店的服務態度蠻熱情，服務挺周到滴，整體感覺蠻好。

天花板漏水，牆壁有污漬，陳舊老化了。發現那邊區域酒店喜歡安排尾房給客人入住，退了上一家找的連鎖品牌酒店，無視客人要求，沒有拖鞋，沒有設電話，床中間塌陷。最讓人生氣的當天中午入住，下午15點左右睡午覺居然有男聲敲門説是服務員要清洗空調濾網？？？這種工作不是在客人沒入住的時候應該做好嗎？一點安全感都沒有。本以為入住連鎖酒店有保障，還是一個樣子，大家謹慎。衹有前台小妞態度好，服務員態度差欠缺培訓沒有服務意識！包括二樓有個餐飲的服務員遇到客人也是大呼小叫。
