The room was quite clean, and the hot water worked well. The TV was large, and there was a great selection for breakfast. The soundproofing was good, I didn't hear any noise from next door. It's also easy to get a taxi, and Qingxiu Mountain is very close by.

The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning.

Whether you're driving (parking available), using public transport, or heading to nearby office buildings and conference centers, it's incredibly convenient. You won't waste any time commuting, which is a huge plus for busy business professionals. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by its sophistication. The decor is simple and elegant yet stylish, with soft lighting creating a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There was no noise or commotion, and the entire space was clean and tidy, instantly melting away the fatigue of travel. Check-in was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff were warm and professional, always smiling. They proactively helped with my luggage, explained the hotel facilities, and even provided thoughtful tips on breakfast times and getting around. The attention to detail was evident. The public areas were meticulously maintained; the hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were all spotlessly clean. Facilities: Overall very good, right next to Wanda Plaza. It's also quite quiet, and the decor is nice, still relatively new. Hygiene: Very clean, and the bedding was quite comfortable. The only thing is the air conditioning made me a bit cold. Environment: The overall environment is pretty good. Service: Excellent. As soon as we pulled up, someone immediately helped us with our luggage. After check-in, they also proactively guided us to our room with our bags. I have to complain about the front desk. On the day I checked in, as a Marriott Gold member, I should have been assigned a room on the Marriott Bonvoy floor, but they didn't give it to me. The room they did assign was right next to the Wanda airport's machinery room, and it was incredibly noisy. I called the front desk and eventually they moved us to a different floor, but it wasted so much time going back and forth. I was staying for three nights with my whole family, and dealing with something like this was truly exhausting. This is the first time I've ever encountered such an issue. I definitely won't be staying here again. Plus, the hotel pool was completely taken over by external swimming institutions, which made for a really poor experience.

Came here for the Jay Chou concert, and the hotel's location was super convenient for getting to the stadium. Front desk service and room amenities at this hotel is amazing. However, when I went to the gym with my family on the last day, I experienced the worst gym etiquette, and the reception of the gym area gave my family member a very bad attitude when we asked if she could get the bunch to quieten down and practice better etiquette. What a bad start to the morning and end to our stay.

Hygiene: There were a few minor issues. The mini-fridge and window frames had dust and stains. The bathtub wasn't a big problem since I brought my own disposable liner. Service: The front desk staff and restaurant service were good. However, everything in the room's mini-bar was chargeable, and there wasn't even complimentary water on the executive floor. Swimming Pool: It had a hot tub, but the water was a bit cool. Gym: Quite spacious and not crowded. Room View: Full floor-to-ceiling windows. One side overlooked the river, and the other faced the Wanda office building. The view was quite expansive. Location & Transportation: Directly below is Qingxiu Wanda Plaza, and it's about a fifteen-minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast: A good variety of options. Waffles, pancakes, fruit tarts, and soft buns were all great. The fried pancakes and custom 'Lao You' noodle soup with selected meats were also good. There were also cold cut cheeses, oil tea, tofu pudding, etc., and refills were prompt. Room Facilities: Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet (with an iron, shoe cabinet, and safe). Then, there's an L-shaped corridor leading to the mini-bar (Liubao tea, Tieguanyin and black tea, instant rice, Oreos, welcome fruit). Welcome fruit was provided. The bathroom area had a bathtub, Kohler fixtures, Italian ACCA KAPPA White Moss toiletries, a rain shower, and a bath mat. The bed was a 'Wanda Vista Bed' with 'Miao Meng' series bedding. There was a shoe-changing stool at the foot of the bed, and a chaise lounge facing the inner river view. There was also a 48-inch TV. The only downside was that the room's air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted by guests.

Welcome fruit on the first day: The variety was a bit limited, just mandarins. It would be nice to have some seasonal fruit options. Room: Quite spacious, and the facilities were reasonably well-maintained. Breakfast: Standard fare. There's a gym and a swimming pool.
