The hotel we stayed in this time was quite comfortable and safe. It was also nice to take the children to play around. It was also very close to the Wanda Mao Square. It was a good stay.

It's just okay, but the hotel is too stingy, charging 2 yuan for a toilet seat and mineral water.

Damn, damn! The front desk clerk was completely indifferent throughout the check-in process. We were exhausted after driving over ten hours from Guangdong, and while we were puzzled by the service, we just wanted to get in early and rest. We were then assigned a room near the fire exit. Shortly after we dropped off our luggage, we heard a loud clatter (ahem) every time someone opened and closed the fire exit. We asked to change rooms, but the other woman at the front desk said they had just arrived and were moving things in and out, so we had to use the fire exit. Now that they were finished, we could move in without worry. We didn't hear any more clattering. After dinner, we came back to rest. There were still people coming in and out around 9 or 10 PM, and I was woken up at midnight by the sound of doors opening. I was already tired, and the noise just made my blood pressure rise. I really wanted to curse.

The room cleanliness was acceptable, but the service management was inadequate. A stranger stuffed several pairs of dirty socks into the washing machine while the laundry was being washed and dried. This was both physically and psychologically unpleasant, forcing me to discard all my underwear mixed with other people's dirty socks. Hotel laundry facilities should be used exclusively by one guest during their stay. The hotel should post warning signs to prevent this kind of situation where guests have dirty laundry stuffed into their laundry.

There was a bad smell in the room and the front desk service attitude was extremely poor.
