Opening the window reveals stunning city views, and the sunset's glow streaming into the room at dusk creates an amazing atmosphere. During check-in, the front desk staff provided textbook-perfect service. They were friendly and considerate, proactively helping with our luggage, patiently answering all our questions, and even recommending less-visited spots and tips for avoiding queues based on our itinerary. They even provided charging cables in advance – a detail-oriented person would love! After checking in, I found the hotel's service response time to be incredibly fast. They answered my calls instantly, and extra toiletries were delivered to my room within minutes – there was absolutely no perfunctory service. The room's quality exceeded my expectations! The bedding is pure cotton, soft and skin-friendly with no odor. The mattress is perfectly firm with just the right amount of support; after a long day, lying down instantly relieves fatigue. Combined with the excellent blackout curtains and tranquil environment, I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom features a complete separation of wet and dry areas, is spacious yet not cramped, has a stable hot water supply with a constant temperature, and the vanity mirror has a fill light function—perfect for women! The toiletries have a fresh scent and feel great to use, easily comparable to high-end brands. Furthermore, it's fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a high-definition TV, and constant temperature air conditioning. Even the charging ports are conveniently located, with a bedside table and desk provided—perfect for working or watching TV. Check-out was equally smooth and efficient, with staff even proactively inquiring about the stay experience. It's a good place to stay for a short trip in NanJing. Location is good, .close to everything and only few minutes walk to the metro. The room is good and clean. The only complaint I have is the room service. It's not done daily as expected. When I asked about it and were told that the hotel did not have enough people to do it on time and everyday for all the rooms. It was a bit awkward when we came back after a day out and could not have a shower. Thank you

Small family run hotel close to the old city wall museum. Rooms have view to a Canal and the glas pagoda. People are very helpful and friendly. Although rooms are well equipped all looks a bit cheap. As there is no elevator staff was carrying our luggage upstairs.

The environment is great, I decided to extend my stay. It's clean and tidy, a small but complete space. The voice control is very convenient. Plus, the room offers a panoramic view of the beautiful Qinhuai River from the window. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is excellent. Gongyuan Road is right downstairs, which is very lively. All in all, it's super convenient, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
