This stay was great! The hotel has an elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, and complete facilities. The bed was very comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly, and Li Mingyue provided thoughtful service, making everyone feel at home from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with convenient transportation around and many restaurants and snacks nearby. Very good and very clean! ! ! Toiletries are all branded. The price during May 1st is also very affordable. If you have the opportunity to come to Nanjing again, you will definitely set it again. The main entrance of this hotel is not easy to find. It is easier to find it at the North Second Gate of the campus area. It is located next to the stadium on campus. Because the hotel is relatively old, the facilities and hygiene are OK.

TTheOGJayoAmazing hotel. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating! They upgraded us into a larger room as they felt the one we booked would be a bit too small for a family of four. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable (firm beds which we love) and the bathroom was modern.
The location is perfect: very quiet but close to busy areas. The hotel staff even helped us by doing laundry for us multiple times during our stay.
The owner gave us multiple teas to bring home, which were all delicious. Our girls loved the dog in the lobby too.
I would love to stay at this hotel again if I return back to Nanjing. We stayed at hotels in Beijing, Shenyang and Dalian and this hotel was much nicer than all of those hotels!
Note: my wife is Chinese, so that definitely helped with communication, but I feel the staff would have made us feel comfortable even if we only spoke English.

GGuimomoThis hotel was a fantastic find! First off, the front desk and lobby staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless, and they even offered complimentary snacks, drinks, and a welcome fruit platter. You could also see the Zifeng Tower from our room! The location is super convenient; it's just a three-minute walk to Xinjiekou Metro Station. Breakfast was abundant and included many local Nanjing specialties. They even gave us a small gift at checkout, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely choose Mercure again the next time I'm in Nanjing.

The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high!

The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning!

We planned to explore the Confucius Temple (Fuzimiao) and Qinhuai River, and after extensive research, I found this hotel conveniently located right within the Fuzimiao scenic area – the Atour Hotel Nanjing Fuzimiao Qinhuai River Cruise Terminal. The staff at the front desk even upgraded us to a river-view room. It's right by the river, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view of the Qinhuai River just by opening the window. The hotel's services were also excellent. For example, they offer a complimentary late-night congee service, where you can get free porridge in the evening. For breakfast the next day, I wanted to sleep in a bit, so I arranged with the front desk in advance to have it packed and left at our door. The service was truly impressive. We booked a twin room, and it was very spacious with comfortable bedding. My parents were very satisfied, saying they slept soundly through the night without any trouble.

XXiaoyouchengThe bed was massive, felt like 2.4 meters! The hotel environment is super nice, very clean, and luxurious. There were also many international guests. There's an outlet mall nearby, within walking distance, but I didn't go. The styles and brands weren't that impressive. I chose this hotel because I was here for Brother Sheng's concert, and it was close by. It was really good!

The room was huge, with a floor-to-ceiling window that just cured all my stress. I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel staff's service attitude is excellent, and the front desk is polite and enthusiastic, responding quickly when needed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, right in the city center. 😊 I'll definitely be back to experience it again next time!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is quite large, and it's a bit of a winding drive even if you take a taxi, haha. Check-in was very smooth. Only two bottles of mineral water in the room are complimentary; everything else is chargeable. I'd recommend grabbing two free bottles from the lobby before heading up to your room!
The elevators require key card access, which adds to security, but there are no room service robots, so if you order takeout, you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself! However, there are plenty of elevators, making it easy to go up and down. It's also quite soundproof, and the bedding is very comfortable.
A 500 deposit is required at check-in, which is fully refunded if there are no extra charges after check-out. If you need a late check-out, it's 30 per hour, which is pretty reasonable. Overall, it's a decent stay.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at night and walked from Dongliu subway station. There was no light outside and the road was pitch black, which was scary. After arriving, there was no light and we walked around in a circle. It was not easy to find. In fact, it is located near the southeast of the community and is easier to find during the day. The bed is right at the entrance of the room, and you can hear people coming and going in the corridor. The sound insulation is average. The newly opened hotel is fairly clean. There is a foul smell in the bathroom, I don’t know if it is related to the weather. There is a storefront at the west gate of the community where you can have breakfast. The advantage is the affordable price.
