I’ve never had a bad stay at a Kempinski hotel and this one was no exception. Beautifully appointed room, friendly and professional service, a delicious breakfast etc. If I was to really critique I would say I was surprised to find partly melted ice in the room’s ice bucket and also that I do personally like to have a mirror in the shower cubicle for when I shave. This is being incredibly picky though and neither of these things affected my stay in the slightest.

The room was very clean and the corridors were fragrant. The bathroom has no smell, the hot water is coming very fast, the water pressure is large, the bath is very comfortable, the wind of the hair dryer is too small. The sound insulation is not very good. The previous big bed room was the kitchen vent outside. The sound was not small. The front desk quickly changed it for me. The staff of the boys at the reception (staff) are not professionals, hes work slowly, they register at the hotel for a very long time. My score is 3 out of 5 points ⚠️. The hotel administration needs to check the qualifications of their staff, there are very few professionals. I would like to come back to the hotel later and make sure that they have corrected the mistakes.😉

(If you take a taxi, be careful to cross the road to get on the bus. The taxi drivers in Nanjing are very old-fashioned. Even if they saw us having a baby on a rainy day today, they would not be willing to turn around and pick them up not far away, so we had to compromise.)
