The location is super convenient! It’s right infringe of the Mochouhu scenic area. The family room was very spacious with 02 beds. The basic amenities are included. The staff is super friendly and cooperative. They do offer meals however you have to inform them beforehand. 外卖/outside deliveries can be done.

Although it is far from the city center in Jiangning District, Nanjing, the environment of the hotel is very good, adjacent to Jiulong Lake, the hotel is well-equipped and the rooms are large. The only regret is that it is nearly 900 meters away from the Jiulonghu Station of Line 3.

Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

The service was very good. I called to confirm the arrival time one day in advance and made corresponding notes. A very good travel experience. The location of Zhuangyuan Building is very good, right next to the Confucius Temple archway. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were all friendly and courteous. The front desk helped us upgrade to a premium room with a view. Looking at the panoramic view of the Confucius Temple scenic area, we will definitely come back when we visit Nanjing again. This hotel👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room was very nice. Stayed more than once. But this stay was extremely poor. Named the front desk clerk***. When I checked in, it was about 11 o'clock in the evening. There is a staff member. He did not talk throughout. Very cold. I told him that the platform reservation included a room that I hoped was quieter. He also ignored it at all. I finally asked for two room cards. He also had a bad attitude and said that there was a power card. I explained that because two people stayed and the next day's itinerary was different. One more card will be more convenient. He was reluctant to make a room card. And also gave the wrong floor to cause the room to go back to the front desk. The process of changing the room card is also very snub and ugly. Things are thrown around. I also stayed at night before, but I have never encountered such a snub staff.
