Traveling with a child during the holidays, this was an incredibly comfortable experience! The 'fairy' concierge was online the whole time, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. She proactively asked about our room comfort, and when we needed extra towels or to swap pillows, Aunt Sunmeixia immediately brought them to our room, even handling it efficiently when we weren't there. I consulted with the concierge in advance about restaurant dining; she patiently helped me check reservations and gave detailed instructions on how to get a virtual queue number online, which eased my worries about waiting in line. During the holiday, she even thoughtfully sent Dragon Boat Festival greetings. Her communication throughout was gentle and patient, and she responded to every request immediately – truly five-star service details.
Meiyuan restaurant was also delicious; I recommend the 'lion's head' meatballs – a must-try.
It was raining on our way back, and the doorman at the taxi stand was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and stroller.
On the high-speed train back, I received a call from housekeeping – my child's clothes were left in the room, and they were very kind to help mail them to us.
All the service details were excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
The hotel is great for the price. Good location across from a park with a lake. Beds were comfortable, and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Bottled water provided. The towels were soft and absorbent. The buffet breakfast, at 30 RMB was good. Coffee! A good selection of choices. You can fry your own eggs. Steamed buns and fried noodles. A good choice. Friendly staff. A convenience store right off the lobby. One peculiarity: The toilet was immediately behind the door, which always hit it when entering. The shower is small, and the water escapes to soak the bathroom floor... But towels provided. Toiletries provided are good.

On the first day, we were upgraded to the Zhuangyuan room, but because of the strong smoke smell on the 11th floor, we spoke to the front desk and they moved us back to a standard non-smoking room on the 10th floor. A big thank you to Wang Yajuan for her enthusiastic service at breakfast; she introduced us to all sorts of local specialties. The hotel is super convenient, right by the Confucius Temple, and just a short walk to the Qinhuai River. It's also not far from the subway. Unfortunately, the exterior walls were under renovation, so we couldn't open the windows or curtains the whole time. Overall, it was a very good stay.
First off, if you don't mind the slightly old-fashioned decor, this hotel is a great choice. As an established hotel, the service is incredibly professional and thoughtful. The room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk and restaurant staff were all very welcoming. On the 15th, I had lunch at the second-floor restaurant and accidentally left my bag at my seat. Right after I got back to my room, I received a call from the restaurant, and was able to retrieve my bag. I'm very grateful. The food was also delicious; the duck fat shortbread, Yangchun noodles, and salted duck were surprisingly good. I honestly didn't think these dishes could be elevated, but they turned out to be the best I've had in Nanjing, even better than some of the popular foodie spots that specialize in these dishes. The hotel garden is also quite large, and you can walk directly to Baijia Lake. It's a shame the kiln-baked bakery was closed due to the Chinese New Year approaching, but I'll definitely try it next time.
Facilities: Everything is new and well-equipped. The toiletries are complete, even including a sewing kit, razor, body scrub brush, lotion, and soap. The comb is wooden, the toothbrush is soft and doesn't irritate gums, and the toothpaste has a refreshing taste (from Liangmianzhen). The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner all smell pleasant.
The bathroom layout is sensible. I specifically chose this hotel for the smart toilet. Sitting on a cold toilet seat in winter requires courage, so a smart toilet is essential. Even the restrooms in the lobby on the first floor have smart toilets.
On the first day, the TV had a premium membership, which was a pleasant surprise, and I watched a few episodes of a show right away. However, it was gone on the second day. Other satellite channels are free to watch. If you want to watch movies, you need to log in with your own membership or purchase one.
Service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic. When I checked in, my room wasn't ready, so I was able to store my luggage, and they sent it up to my room once it was ready.
Environment: The decor is bright and new. Exit 3 of Hongqiao Station on Metro Line 5 is right at the hotel entrance, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's a ten-minute walk to Hexie Street, where there are many food options, so you don't have to worry about finding something to eat. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Fuzimiao and Zhongshan Wharf attractions. The front desk has transportation route maps available to help you get to scenic spots.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, and supplies were replenished. Sometimes there were some hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't swept away, even though they were my own. The bathroom had a slight odor. I suggest placing some subtly fragrant air fresheners to mask the toilet smell.
If you come to attend a concert, the hotel is in a good location, very close to Wanda, and it's convenient to take the shuttle bus. The room is relatively clean. There are not many varieties of breakfast. The taste is average, but the front desk staff has a good attitude.

I lived in the Zhuangyuan Building next door a few days ago. I was attracted by the lobby decoration at night. The scarlet background was very festive. The large fish pond in the lobby was full of beautiful koi swimming. The hotel fragrance was also very good. The corridor smelled a faint fragrance! Liu Xingyu at the front desk warmly received! The next day I checked out and helped arrange the room. A few steps away is the Confucius Temple and Qinhuai River scenery belt. The specialties and snacks are dazzling. It is also close to the high-speed rail station Line 3. It is very convenient to travel and eat. The room is very spacious and clean. The bedding pillows are soft and skin-friendly. I wake up naturally when I sleep, the toilet 🚽 curtains are smart, it is recommended to come again next time!
The whole experience was full of surprises for the friend who came to Nanjing. The overall price is full, the room facilities are brand new and clean, the staff is gentle and caring, the twin bed is required to change the big bed, the hotel is happy to upgrade; The location is convenient for travel, and there is plenty of parking spaces in the supporting parking lot. Whether it is a business trip, it is suitable to entertain friends from other places, and I will stay here next time I come to Nanjing!

This stay was great! The hotel has an elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, and complete facilities. The bed was very comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly, and Li Mingyue provided thoughtful service, making everyone feel at home from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with convenient transportation around and many restaurants and snacks nearby. In short, this was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it to everyone! I will choose this hotel next time I come here!
After watching the show, I returned to the city from Hexi. It was a bit late, so I didn't have time to check out the surroundings.
The parking lot in front was full. I circled around, but couldn't get into the underground parking. I called the front desk, who told me to ask security for directions. They pointed me to a parking spot, and I parked smoothly.
The room was quite spacious, although the facilities were a bit old, but acceptable. The name itself gives off a strong sense of being in a government-affiliated area. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that the building next door was the Gulou Cultural Tourism Zone. I could see Wuyue Plaza from the window. Walking through the alley, I felt the vibrant atmosphere of Nanjing. There were breakfast shops, century-old restaurants, and it wasn't far from Jiming Tangbao, Han Fuxing, and Huiwei Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup.
After checking out, I went to Hongshan Forest Zoo, a happy hometown for working people.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and spacious, the room was very bright and the whole was very quiet.
The hotel also sent us breakfast, the breakfast is rich and delicious!
The hotel's own restaurant takeaway is also delicious, it is the best takeaway nearby haha.
Miss sister is also very enthusiastic and sent us a drink 🥤
Very cost-effective hotel, will come next time! Very suitable for vacation.
GGuest UserFirst of all, there is an airport pick-up service. I made an appointment one day in advance. The pick-up staff was very enthusiastic, the car was clean, tidy and spacious, the room was 46 square meters, with a balcony and washing machine, and the decoration was also very good. The service can be solved by directly contacting the front desk by phone. In addition, they also helped to send you to the subway entrance the next day. The cost performance is very high!
