整體來説還湊活，但算不上很滿意。
服務：服務態度很好，這個沒得説，是加分項。
環境：整體環境氛圍也很桔子，但是房間感覺略小了，特別是衞生間，很擁擠。辦入住的時候前台小姐姐説有免費升級，但是感覺體驗不太到這個級升在了哪裡，首先房間是在 18 樓的末尾處，其次房間空調製冷也不太行，空調開到 20° 晚上被熱醒，這個體驗略差。
衞生：21 年的酒店有三年了，不知道是不是個例，雖然乾濕分區了，但是洗手池盆略帶有有明顯的黴味感，淋浴間邊角污漬痕跡還是比較明顯的，如果清潔到位的話應該不會出現這個問題，被子邊角處也有些發黃了。
設施：洗衣房健身房也是有的，運動，洗衣服也很方便洗完了直接就可以烘乾。

在奧體中心斜對面，房間乾淨整潔，距離地鐵站幾分鐘的步行路程，離國金也很近，酒店在16-18，同一幢樓裏有好幾家酒店，大床房比標間大一點。淋浴房的噴頭不好調節高度，水的壓力特別大，孩子自己洗澡不方便。停車場上限35元，酒店報銷20元

酒店外觀是比較舊的樓，地下車庫也破破爛爛，一開始進去也比較忐忑。
但是！酒店裡麪是真的很驚喜，典型的華住品質，乾淨衞生，智能家電，裝修簡約大氣；早飯也很豐盛，南京特色鴨血粉絲湯和鹽水鴨都有；停車也很方便，免停車費，地下車庫直達18樓前台。

交通便利，離南京地鐵二號線奧體東站近。桔子是華住會不錯的品牌，早餐好吃，房間乾淨。周邊500米範圍有國金中心和華彩兩個商業廣場。
