先説優點，1.停車方便且免費，2.早餐營養健康雖然口味很一般（噗……）3.戴森吹風機和加熱馬桶，感覺房費都花這兒了
缺點，1.因為滿房，等到下午三點才能入住，2.整個村莊沒啥旅遊資源，就是開了個茶館和咖啡店，而且明明是江蘇南京加裝了這麼多馬頭牆仿徽派建築，是啥意思，湯山開過來路上也不是一般都荒蕪，3.睡覺睡炸了，煙花放到晚上十點半，半夜三點多被弄堂風吹來的兩扇門哐哐哐了一晚上，巨響！半夜起來自己關了兩次 依然被吹開沒法關上，第二天問酒店説是設計九沒法固定，平時拿繩子綁住，昨天沒想到要變天，暈倒，三點多無眠到七點，睡的比不睡還累！！！極其差的體驗，睡在鄉村就求一份寧靜！

離馬場不遠，可以學習騎馬，後面有魚塘，南邊就是傳説的石弗俺，可以追尋到六朝，與棲霞山futuo好像同年代，晚上睡覺很安靜，院子很大，是個不錯選擇

強烈推薦這個民宿，離園博園很近，訂了家庭套房，兩個房間三張床，足夠一家老小住在一起開開心心的玩耍了！科勒的衞浴戴森的吹風機，這種標配有點意外。跨年夜去的，樺墅村裡的村民（也可能是遊客）買了煙花放，我們還免費看了場村秀，哈哈哈哈！早晨八點起來去樓下吃個早飯，太豐盛了，麪條雞蛋點心水果樣樣俱全，胃口小的連中飯都可以省了。吃完去村裡轉一轉，感受一下鄉村的寧靜閑適，拍拍照片回房間修修圖刷刷手機歇歇腳，想睡個回籠覺都完全可以。管家的服務也是沒話説，總之比園博園裡麪的酒店性價比高太多了！睡到中午退房，在村裡吃個農家菜，再不緊不慢的去園博園約個下午場，晚上再看個園博園煙花秀，足夠了。奉勸沒去過園博園的朋友，千萬不要抱太大希望花冤枉錢住園博園裡麪的酒店，就來九間坊吧！

設施：房間很新，九間坊好像南大EMBA校友創辦的品牌，經營管理上我覺得還是很不錯。另外停車方便。提前2周定的家庭套房，一個親子房，一個大床房，雙衞，還有客廳和陽台，一家三口加爺爺奶奶5個人住正好，晚上還能一起聊聊天，喝喝茶。
衞生：客房打掃得很乾凈，衹是清明假期人多，客房打掃慢，入住有點晚。
服務：服務挺周到，前台服務人員態度親切。
環境：春天裡民宿小院子花花草草很美。樺墅村裡的桃花梅花油菜花都開了，清早起來村裡散步，空氣清新，很舒服。假期好多人來露營，燒烤，放風箏。
PS: 樺墅村相比不老村的遊人少多了，估計宣傳力度不夠。房費含早，早餐搭配挺營養。村裡沒什麼娛樂，適合躺平發呆，喝茶，吃吃農家菜，擼貓擼狗。垂釣中心雖然很大，50的釣魚票，魚不多，長者家説不好釣。

酒店位於小村子裏，旁邊有水庫和山，山水環抱着；酒店設施衞浴都是科勒品牌、吹風機是戴森；早餐真的很好吃，紅薯玉米都是小時侯的味道，蒸餃和菜包就像媽媽的味道
