Great to come with family and bring children! They have a lot of activities that will keep children entertained. The room is nice and the balcony is quite big with its own private hotspring. They also have tv and projector to watch as entertainment.

我們定的是<棲沐私湯影院獨棟木屋>12月23日一晚，想着來過聖誕，但這次體驗真是有很多想吐槽的
先説説好的吧：
1.酒店在我們入住之前就打開了房間的空調，進門就感覺很温暖，這點值得表揚，畢竟大晚上外面都是0度的。
再説説不好的吧：
1.因為這幾天降温導致酒店水管凍裂，我定的獨棟木屋私湯供不了水，但酒店當天上午通知我這件事表示要退我房費。那請問我人已經在高鐵上了，退了房間我臨時去哪訂別的？而且過程中我聯繫了攜程客服，來來回回5、6個電話，一會兒説行了一會兒又説不行，最後負責人和我溝通，説我的房間已經解決問題了。
2.晚上我進了房間第一個就去看私湯，原來所謂的解決是酒店單獨拉了一根水管，原先的管道還是不能用，那也行吧總比沒有強。但是當我遠程通知酒店放水之後，我發現浴缸裏有很多蛋殼（我衹能猜測它是蛋殼），沖都沖不掉，我真的很無語，搞了半天酒店對衞生都沒清理過。
總結：
我能理解極端天氣造成的突發狀況，但酒店是否也應當遇見可能存在的問題隱患，是否應該在應對極端天氣方面準備預案措施呢？在遇到問題之後沒有作出相應且合理的彌補，反而給顧客帶來不舒適的體驗，那顧客們的心情也就和極端天氣無二了。

偶然間在攜程上發現了這家酒店，本來想定一間親子房的，結果沒有了，衹好訂了一個大床和一個雙床，房間不大，該有的設施都有，酒店環境還不錯，有沙灘排球場，性價比挺高的，唯一不是很滿意的就是房間衞生，邊角有很多蜘蛛網，地板也有很多毛髮，其他都還不錯。

住過最差的酒店。房間裏面衞生特別差，灰很厚，蜘蛛俠，鳥的羽毛，一股黴味！所有的毛巾都有別人頭髮……真的無語😓反應問題後，順阿姨五點半就下班……😓空調衹在衞生間的上面有出風口，不是中央空調還要把出風口做的隱蔽，所以房間好熱！被子也是冬天最厚的！主打沙池，晚上衹開一個燈照亮！白天那麼曬怎麼玩？晚上可以玩了，看不見！

這個房間性價比很高，一百多入住。箱居很有特色，適合拍照，在沙灘排球公園內，周邊環境好，清凈。有自己的停車場方便。

這是我在攜程定的為數不多的差酒店。
與其説酒店，倒不如説就是一個露營地，衝著親子設施和親子活動來的。親子設施就那幾樣 玩一下就膩了 風箏之類的親子活動也就是丟個材料給你自己玩。
重點是定的親子房，本以為是主樓，但其實就是集裝箱改的，冬冷夏熱，衞生很臟，關鍵是洗澡下水道不排水！！！洗個澡跟淹水似的。還有上下鋪的被子也感覺沒換過，早餐也非常簡陋。
我住過很多民宿，衞生都不如酒店，這家訂的時候沒有標明是民宿我才訂的，誰知道還不如一般的民宿。關鍵是一晚上1414，就這條件？？ 攜程你出來告訴我這到底是酒店還是民宿，太臟了簡直。
還有很多缺點懶得一一列舉了，就這樣吧。

晚上九點到的酒店🏘，前台小姐姐小孔温馨服務，還為我們升級了獨棟木屋🏡又讓我們加了工作微信，還告知了第二天的沙畫活動。
木屋🏡是騰空於地面的建築，房間很大設施現代簡約乾淨，温泉沖浪浴缸🛀在室外，也可以用單獨的窗簾拉滿，看自己的選擇。温泉推薦❤️
退房忘記拔房卡，正好下樓遇見打掃衞生的阿姨🧍♀️，很客氣的告訴我們直接走，她會處理。
早上才看到酒店全貌，路上看到個沙灘🏖️排球🏐️場地，還有小朋友的遊樂園🎠親子房間，走廊有呆萌的貓咪🐱……
早餐是定時中華傳統早餐，平平淡淡管飽，早餐的工作人員親切自然，忘在房間的手機充電器前台還幫忙拿到了餐廳🍴
整個酒店🏠感覺就像個家，人間煙火氣🖼

酒店的設施非常齊全和舒適，客房寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床鋪也非常舒適。另外，温泉設施更是一大亮點，清澈温暖的温泉水讓人全身心放鬆，尤其是在寒冷的冬季更是一大享受。
