When we pulled up to the entrance with all our luggage, no one was there to help us; the doorman was just standing around looking at the scenery. They claimed the bathtub had no liner because of environmental concerns, but offered to disinfect it. After disinfection, they suggested we fill and drain the tub to rinse away the disinfectant. The mini-bar was completely empty, and there wasn't even a pen at the desk for writing. Plus, the hairdryer was terrible; it actually snagged my hair and I had to cut my hair to untangle it. The toothbrush even shed some bristles while I was brushing. The pictures show small bugs on the duvet and the river view from the river-view room.

Highly recommend this hotel if you're attending a concert and have a lot of luggage. It's incredibly convenient, with a direct walk across a bridge to the security check-in. The hotel conditions also exceeded my expectations. During holiday seasons when other hotels in the area overcharge, this place truly stands out for its value. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub and a smart toilet in a five-star hotel at this price point, and the room size was quite generous. The only minor drawback is that it's not connected to the subway, so it's best for taxi travel.

I originally came to Nanjing for a trip during the May Day holiday, but after staying at this hotel, I was so disgusted that I checked out in the morning and went straight home! It truly spoils the impression of Nanjing as a city! The room's cleanliness was appalling; the grease on the table by the entrance hadn't been wiped, and the floor was sticky as soon as you walked in! Plus, the stains on the chairs in the buffet area were impossible to clean off! What a disgusting hotel! The worst part was the terrible stench in the basement – you wouldn't dare breathe while parking your car there! And most disgusting of all, the shower water had a rusty smell! Seriously! This hotel isn't even as clean as an economy hotel! It really lowered my opinion of Nanjing. If I hadn't been with my family, I would have absolutely demanded a refund!

This hotel boasts modern facilities and thoughtful smart home features. The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is absolutely top-notch! It's very close to the Nanjing Youth Olympic Sports Park, and the Rainbow Bridge is open from 3 PM to 11 PM, just a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended if you're coming for a show. I especially appreciate that the hotel has many eco-friendly initiatives – thumbs up for that! There are also direct shuttle buses to Nanjing South Railway Station and the airport, making transportation very convenient. The only, and I mean *only*, minor improvement could be to add more food delivery robots, as two felt a bit limited. All the staff members had excellent service attitudes. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The Hualuxe Nanjing Yangtze River Hotel is located in Jiangbei, just across the river from Jiangnan, making it very convenient for transportation. There's a stadium nearby, so many concert-goers frequently stay here. The hotel boasts modern facilities and attentive service. Rooms are impeccably clean, and the shower water heats up quickly, is nice and warm, and has good pressure. The bed is super soft and comfortable. Breakfast is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone!

The front desk service from Xiao Lu was excellent; she was proactive and enthusiastic. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and she even upgraded me to a suite for free. It's definitely my top choice for future stays.

This hotel is right next to the Youth Olympic Sports Park, making it the top choice for concert-goers! We upgraded to an executive room, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and smiling, answering all our questions politely. The check-in experience was excellent. Next time I'm in town for a concert, HUALUXE will definitely be my first choice again!

Stayed for a night to attend Liu Yuning's concert. They even upgraded me to a suite! The facilities are brand new and the cleanliness is top-notch. Plus, it's only a five-minute walk to the stadium. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place!

The hotel facilities are relatively new and the room is quite spacious. Although I didn't ask for it, they gave us a family room, which was cute and pink. For concerts, this hotel's location is indeed very convenient. There was another very close one nearby at the time, but I chose this one based on brand chain reputation. The obvious location advantage probably makes them a bit complacent, and their service awareness needs improvement. Even for a hotel primarily catering to concert-goers, they should pay attention to repeat business. A friend I was with had an emergency and had already ordered takeout, but it would take some time. I wanted to ask the hotel for some urgent help, and their cold response, 'I suggest you order from Ele.me,' was quite surprising. I've stayed in many hotels, and it's rare to see one that completely just tells guests to sort things out themselves without any 'struggle' to assist. The domestic hotel industry is quite competitive now; hotels need to have a sense of crisis. The breakfast was also very, very ordinary and didn't match the price.
