The environment of the B&B is very good, the decoration is very new, the facilities are very complete, including a playground, chess and card room, tea room, and coffee shop, and the service is also very good. The main thing is that there is an all-in-one washer and dryer in the room, which is really convenient for outing. In the evening, we, the older one and the younger one, ate directly at the Chinese restaurant of the B&B. The food was very good and not expensive. The prices were similar to those outside. The service was very good. Attentive and considerate! I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures of the meals. The store manager also gave us a discount. It was so considerate. I highly recommend it!

Before coming to Yunshuiyao, I had already chosen the designer hotel 1949, which is located next to the big waterwheel and the 670-year-old banyan tree. Since I didn't book a hotel in advance during my self-driving trip to Yunshuiyao during the Spring Festival four years ago, and I couldn't stay in Yunshuiyao, I chose it this time. The loft room is really cozy, with a distinction between movement and quietness, and the view is also layered, especially the old peach tree in the yard, which was full of peach blossoms when we checked in, full of spring. The room facilities are complete and new, and the store service is super warm and thoughtful. They are responsive to every request, and the afternoon tea and fruit will also remind you of the usage time. There is a small children's playground in the backyard, which is very suitable for families with children. Climbing up to the rooftop terrace of 1949, the old banyan tree with lush branches and leaves comes into view, the Changjiao River is gurgling, and the mountains are surrounded, as if you are in a paradise. When checking out, the store specially sent souvenirs, making guests feel at home!

It's not an easy place to reach if, like us, you are a family of 6 with a baby and a lorry load of luggage. We arrived by high speed train at Nanjing (Fujian) and found a taxi to take us to the hotel (one way ¥260, negotiated from ¥300). The journey was around 2 hours on winding and slow roads (on the way back we took the high speed motorway which reduced the journey time to around an hour). The hotel is in a rural location off the main tourist areas. We arrived later than expected but we were able to get dinner. The food is exceptional. The chicken in particular is delicious. We booked a family room with a slide. Our children would of happily spent the entire stay in the room playing on the slide. I've stayed in many 5 star branded hotels and yet this guesthouse has so many little extras, gadgets and technology than most. The password keypad door handle is perhaps the most over complicated means of opening a door, but I applaud the dedication to style and design. The toilet has a Japanese style multifunction thing going on. It took me a long time to figure out how to flush it. The toilet seat lifts when you open the door! The TV is a large projection on the wall. Not being Chinese I struggled to figure how to get regular TV channels. Everything I found required pay to view. It was a nice and clear projection however, and if able to understand the programming it would be amazing. We enjoyed 2 days touring various Tulou's. There are many within a short drive, though behind the hotel there is a small village with Tulou and earth buildings that make for a lovely walk. Overall, a great guesthouse with trendy vibes and family friendly facilities. Very comfortable stay.

房間設計和衛生都不錯，設施的話智能馬桶和投影儀是賣點吧。 但是我衹要想提及一個服務態度的問題，讓人很不滿意。 我本來就是連訂兩個晚上，住了一晚上后第二天下午接到電話問我要換房間了，怎麼衣服還在房間裏面，後面確認后發現是酒店方搞錯了，當時陪客人不好當場發火。 晚上回到房間之後發現酒店把東西都換新了（我私人東西服務員沒有動)，拜託，我還有身份證在裏面的，你們進房間不能問一下要不要打掃的嗎？就這麼隨隨便便進去，還有什麼隱私可言。而且你要是搞錯房間了，開門發現確認后應該立馬關門走掉，而不是把作把客人趕走的做派。我相信如果不是你們搞錯房間，不會特地進來打掃的。 找酒店理論，酒店方來來回回就衹是說自己沒錯，進房間打掃不需要經過我允許，唯一承認的錯處就衹有搞錯了要換房的房間，不應該打那通電話。 攜程的房間介紹沒有說明每天會打掃房間，入住的時候前台也沒有提醒過我每天都會打掃，房間門也沒有”免打擾”的牌子給我掛門口，就這樣酒店方還覺得自己沒有錯真的不可理解。 跟酒店理論完了，我說了會把事情經過寫進評論，回房間後接到攜程的調解電話，暗示我是不是要什麼賠償，求求了，你們搞好尊重客戶隱私這個點，比你們事後去收買客戶更重要！ 還有一個小地方，我入住雙床房，寫着含兩份早餐，而我訂了兩晚，但是入住那天酒店衹是給了我一張早餐券，後面跟酒店理論的時候說到，酒店方才告知每天12點之後過去刷一下卡才會給到早餐券，這個入住的時候前台也沒有提到。
