The price/performance ratio is very high, the facilities are very good, and the room service is also great. However, the front desk does not seem to be very enthusiastic, but it is understandable that it is a university conference after all and I found the hotel. The transportation is convenient by bus, and it takes a while to walk to the subway. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Recently I was fortunate to stay at a newly completed Mövenpick Accor, and this stay was beyond my imagination and left me with a deep and pleasant memory. Every design detail of this hotel reveals a strong artistic atmosphere and chic taste, making people attracted by its unique charm as soon as they walk in. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could clearly feel the professionalism and enthusiasm of the hotel staff. Their service quality has really reached the five-star standard, and every communication makes me feel particularly comfortable and comfortable, as if I am in the warmth of home. The hotel's rooms are modern and comfortable, and each one looks particularly exquisite and intimate. The spacious and bright rooms are equipped with perfect facilities, making my stay extremely convenient. Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

We have been travelling to several places in China , my wife decided to include Nanjing as part of our trip , she chose the Hilton Nanjing Riverside as the place to stay . What a wonderful reception we received , headed up by the manager Sarina , with her welcoming smile and happy demeanour. From top to bottom the staff were attentive and smiling. We enjoyed a superb meal in the restaurant, excellent food , superb presentation and excellent service . I certainly recommend Hilton Nanjing Riverside as the place to stay . Many thanks to the Management and their excellent crew , after all example starts from the top ! Stuart Allen , from the Isle of Man .

First time to Nanjing, thought about booking one of these Shangri-la, Marriot, Andaz, Kempinski and Intercontinental. Decision was made - Intercontinental, the tallest hotel in the region, closed to metros and local shops. Free upgraded room with sensational view to Xuan Wu Lake, hotel team are all excellent from check-in to check-out. Overall, highly recommended hotel to tourist visiting Nanjing.
