The B&B is located in Taxia Village, which is very remote. It is an hour and a half taxi ride from Nanjing Railway Station. In the scenic area, tickets are not free. To stay, you must pay 90 yuan per person for the attraction ticket. The toll office is a checkpoint on the highway. When you drive in, there are two earth building attractions (one of which has four dishes and one soup, and the other is also an earth building. ) and Taxia Village, but the three points are very far apart, about ten kilometers apart, and you have to drive. If you don’t drive by yourself, there is no car service. You have to spend more than 100 to call another car. The B&B is located in the innermost part of the village. 超超超預期！住的舒服睡的好吃的好，而且地理位置離各處都比較近（最近是裕昌樓、然後田螺坑、土樓王、河坑土樓羣等等） 其實南靖這一帶大概40公里的沿路，全是土樓，你去3個點就差不多了，我覺得田螺坑和土樓王肯定要去，其他的自選就行。本來在福州出差，臨時決定來土樓看看，剛開始先看到雲水謠那邊，住宿選擇比較多，但那邊人多也會吵，後來再多翻翻才看到塔下村這邊。其實塔下這邊也有土樓，航拍看上去是個太極陣的樣子，估計以後要火…老闆娘人超好，送了米酒（是她們家祖傳配方，10個孩子衹傳給了她，cctv也採訪過她），還可以做節日的圍爐，香腸啥的，下次多點人來了可以試試。 老闆也會幫你找拼車/包車啥的，價格合適，反正比我在小紅書/taobao上看的要便宜一點。養的小黑貓也很漂亮，吃早餐的時候會坐在旁邊。 這間民宿是學校改造的，這座小樓好像有百年歷史了，非常古樸，收拾的很乾凈，設計感好，相當好的一次體驗！

很滿意的一次住宿，老闆娘很熱情也很真誠，體驗感很好，在這裏人真的很放鬆，老闆娘廚藝也是棒棒的！重點是老闆娘有自己釀的米酒喔！

一間利用學校改造的民宿，環境優雅，房間以木為主的設計很特別。最貼心的是老闆娘的安全接送和親自下煮的可口飯菜。
