2月3號去5點入住的一點熱水都沒有，訂的是雙人房，多加50塊錢也不可以提前入住，別的酒店提前一個小時收20，最後付了錢之後告訴我們不可以提前入住，訂的是雙人房，牙具也衹有一套，前台很難溝通

幾十年都沒有遇到過這麼差勁的酒店，微信下單後到酒店門口給她們打電話，他們説沒有停車位了不讓我們入住，他們都確認訂單了，我們也退不了單，問她為什麼不讓入住，還要罵人，説我們人多，要不是新年時歲我真想沖進去打人了，什麼破酒店，衹能是祝你早日關門，親們要注意這家店，前台接待的太厲害，我們在門口跟她打電話的幾分鐘還被拍照罰款扣分，不讓人家住幹嘛要掛在網上？？？？
