Staying at Kosy was an amazing experience. Would recommend it to anyone. Very kosy, welcoming, friendly, enjoyable. The apartment was really clean, the staff was extremely friendly, professional, always available and the location of the apartment is great. The stay will definitely be rememberable for an amazing staff.

Lager ist ok, alles sonst schlecht
Vorteile: Lage, akzeptabler Komfort, Sauberkeit.
Nachteile:
Ich habe bewusst ein Hotel ausgewählt, dessen Rezeption am Wochenende geöffnet ist (steht auf der Website). Letztendlich war ich jedoch gezwungen, selbst einzuchecken, da mir bei der Kommunikation per Nachricht mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Rezeption am Sonntag geschlossen sei.
Nach der Buchung und vollständigen Bezahlung über ********** habe ich vom Hotel einen Zahlungslink erhalten. Der Link schlug vor, anstelle der Touristengebühr den gesamten Betrag zu zahlen. Wenn ich nicht aufgepasst hätte, hätte ich Geld verloren. Das Personal verwies auf einen Fehler. Seien Sie vorsichtig.
Auf die Frage nach der Datenschutzerklärung erfolgte keine Antwort.
Das Wasser fließt schlecht. Die Dusche ist kaputt und sie können sie nicht reparieren, weil es keine Ersatzteile gibt.
Defekter Küchenhahn, fehlende oder kaputte Dekoelemente.

Attention à aux , mauvaises expériences avec KOSY appart’hotels . Ce qu’il dit avant signer le contrat est différant après la signature ! J’ai payé 1900€ pour un appartement étudiant à Nancy et ils m’ont dit si jamais le visa était refusé vous serez remboursés la totalité des loyers sauf le frais de dossier qu’il sera 198€ ! Mais au final ils m’ont dit qu’il fallait payer la loyer pour un mois ! Le contrat n’était même pas encore commencé ! Et j’ai payé ! Je vous ne conseillerais pas.

Catastrophique ! J'y suis allée pour un séminaire de 2 jours. Arrivée vers 20h : il n'y a plus personne à la réception (à partir de 19h). Un mail m'indiquait le code pour rentrer dans l'hôtel et comment récupérer la clef de ma chambre. Dans le hall d'accueil délabré, se trouvait une personne endormie sur une table. En me rendant à l'ascenseur, je croise deux autres personnes qui ne me donne pas trop confiance. La chambre est vieillotte mais parait propre. Je décide de redescendre sur la place de la gare pour chercher une pizza à manger dans la chambre vue l'heure tardive. Je croise à nouveau quelques personnes qui paraissent ne pas être dans leur état normal. Le serveur du restaurant en face sur la place m'indique que l'hôtel est majoritairement occupé par des migrants. Lorsque je remonte dans l'ascenseur avec ma pizza, je suis rejointe par 2 personnes : 1 des ces personnes me vomit dessus (sur moi et sur ma pizza !) J'arrive dans ma chambre, passe 2 ou 3 appels téléphoniques, reprends mes affaires et me réfugie finalement dans un autre hôtel !!! Alors un conseil : FUYEZ !!!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour grâce à un accueil chaleureux et un logement fidèle à l’annonce. Tout était propre, bien équipé et confortable. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour un séjour serein.
