Country Garden Phoenix Hotel

Every time I've come back, I've stayed at Country Garden and always had a great experience. This time, before checking in, I specifically requested a room in Building 1, and the front desk did indeed assign me one. However, after settling in and getting ready for bed, I discovered there was a 'door within a door' in the room (meaning a door that could open to another room), which terrified my child. When I called the front desk late at night, I was told this was just how the room type was designed. I've stayed in Building 1 many times before and never encountered this issue. We ended up having to switch to Building 2 in the middle of the night. What's more, the hotel showed no remorse whatsoever, insisting that this was a standard room type and that the door could only be opened if the door on the opposite side was also open.

The environment is good, and the riverside view is beautiful.

The hotel room was very clean, and the cleaning lady was very thoughtful. She noticed we needed to do laundry and proactively brought us laundry detergent, which was very considerate. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic, recommending many local delicacies and famous restaurants. It was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nanchong.

The room facilities are great, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are also very enthusiastic; they patiently explained Nanchong's local specialty foods to me. The front desk lady was also very welcoming and even prepared some small gifts for me.

We had a family trip and stayed at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel in Nanchong, and overall we were very satisfied.
