L Hotel Nanchang

This is my first time giving a negative review on Ctrip! ! ! After checking in, I found that the underwear of the previous guest was still hanging in the bathroom 😤😤😤 I called the front desk, and my attitude was very impatient. After a while, a staff member came and explained a few words without any trouble, but nothing more happened! ! ! It’s really amazing~ You must be fooling **! After looking at the negative reviews all over the screen, I realized the truth: I am not afraid of being scalded by boiling water😡😡😡

The location of the hotel is good, and the environment is very good! A hotel ten years ago, the facilities are good, the price of 360 does not provide breakfast, check out in the morning, there is a heavy rain, no one at the door holding an umbrella to send guests to the car, the service needs to be improved, the price of drinks in the hotel room is too high! This aspect is still ten years ago! needs to be improved!

The hotel is located on Honggu Middle Road, Honggutan District, Nanchang, very close to Qiushui Square. The cause of the recent epidemic has been strictly managed. Various codes must be provided, and nucleic acid test reports are required in some areas. The car was parked in an underground parking lot, so it was more convenient to not be able to take the elevator, but also to park on the ground. The rooms are clean and tidy, large in size, comfortable beds, refrigerators, tea sets, etc. The room has a meal delivery service, and there are robots to buy water, which is fun.

The geographical position is superior, the transportation is convenient, the subway and public transportation are convenient; there are many food nearby, and the environment is good; improvement points: the hotel's central air-conditioning is not turned on, and the indoor temperature is sultry and uncomfortable; the water flow in the bathroom is too small to match the hotel.

I came here on a business trip and saw this hotel on Ctrip. I booked it on the same day. It was a little late when I arrived. The lobby inside the hotel was very clean and looked comfortable. I also consulted Miss Liu Ting at the front desk. Some hotel facilities related questions, the young lady answered patiently, the service is very funny and beautiful

酒店位置很好找，辦理入住一點都不拖拉，前台小裘服務很熱情，房間還挺大的，有大窗，還有機器人幫忙送餐，衞生也很乾凈整潔。交通非常方便，離地鐵站很近，走5分鐘就到了。帶了小朋友去秋水廣場看噴泉很方便，離雙子塔也非常近！這次入住體驗超級棒，值得五星好評！！下次來旅遊還住這裏！

訂的是行政套房，卻沒有感受到行政套房的服務和設施，首先前台説話硬生生的，一副愛住不住的態度，晚飯時告知前台床上沒被子，前台一副不可思議的樣子説怎麼可能會沒被子呢，後來我強調確實沒有，前台讓我們先去吃飯等會給我們送上去，我們到秋水廣場看過噴泉吃過晚飯直到十點多回酒店發現依舊沒被子，再次打電話告知前台沒被子，前台才讓人把被子送上來；再次晚上洗澡水温不高，確切地説是温水，孩子洗完澡出來懂得渾身起雞皮疙瘩，房間內有蒸汽裝置，卻不能使用（圖二），浴缸水龍頭放出來的水細細的（圖一），想泡個澡問前台拿一個浴缸套，被告知沒有，讓自己下單購買，行吧買就買，結果酒店相關程序上也沒有；空調温度怎麼調都調不高，一晚上都是18度（圖三）；插頭有一個沒有用，插上去根本充不進電（圖四右邊插頭）。總之，出行這幾天，此次住宿價格最高，體驗感卻是最差的。

我不知道這麼高的評價是怎麼來的，我一般不評價，但是這個酒店太讓我糟心了。要不沒有熱心。有了熱心就是噁心的黃泥水（不知道是不是鐵銹水），打了兩次電話，就説去問問，沒有回覆，也不解決問題，直到第二天早上也是這樣，我絕對不推薦朋友們入住。

酒店風格不錯👍，設施很齊全。賓客經理tina很貼心，還給我推薦南昌特色美食，前台辦理入住也非常快，下次出差還會預訂此酒店。
