The room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the delivery robot brought our food quickly. The room service was excellent; they responded promptly to all our requests. Definitely worth staying here, and there are many delicious takeout options nearby.

From Nanchang West Railway Station, you can take the high-speed rail directly to the hotel. Plus, popular attractions like Tengwang Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, and Bayi Square are all easily accessible by metro. **Accommodation:** We opted for a river-view room this time. I'd recommend requesting a room with a middle number; you can even see Tengwang Pavilion from the room, and the night view is especially beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, and soundproof, ensuring a very quiet stay. **Dining:** There's a vibrant food street just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It's popular, great value for money, and most importantly, offers a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. **Breakfast:** The hotel's breakfast was incredibly rich and even included Nanchang mixed rice noodles. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel was just okay. The Deluxe River View Room wasn't in a great location and the room itself wasn't very big. I booked two Deluxe River View Rooms, but only one received complimentary fruit. The service was pretty standard.

I stayed for five days over the May Day holiday. It's a decent, established five-star hotel. I booked a river view room, and I could directly see the beautiful night view of Tengwang Pavilion across the river. The transportation is very convenient; the hotel is a one-minute walk to the left to the subway entrance, which is on a direct line to Bayi Square! There are also many restaurants nearby, and a Wanda Cinema and Seamart shopping mall just across the street.

Checked in at 4:30 PM and was told the room wasn't ready yet. Annoying, especially since it wasn't even a holiday like May Day. I think they switched my room, from room 15 to 21. Probably gave my original room to someone else. The river view is mostly blocked by the tax bureau building, so if you're debating between a river view and a city view, don't bother paying extra for the difference. The breakfast area is quite small, and the variety is average. The room itself was clean enough.

The hotel, a five-star brand, is a little dated but clean and tidy with good hygiene. It's about 200 meters from Metro Line 2. The receptionists, concierge, and front desk staff were all excellent.
