He said that the room type was not enough, so he gave it to me. Although they compensated me for the price difference after communication, I encountered this kind of thing when I went out. Not even happy anymore ps: My sisters who were traveling together also encountered this situation. The rooms booked did not match the actual rooms. They were all too small. Another point is that the toilet in the special room on the first floor that was given to me didn’t even have an exhaust fan, and the hygiene was very poor (see picture).
