Nampa Inn & Suites

We checked into the hotel, left and went about our evening. Came back around 10 to find the door open and the TV on. My husband went to speak to the desk and the gal working did nothing and just said we must not have shut the door. Maybe I could get on board with that except why would the TV be on?!?!

Pillow cases were yellow, blanket full of hair. Stayed on first floor which turned out to be one level down from the lobby, so room felt and smelled like a basement.  Worst part is the noise from people talking in the hallway, loud TV, people walking in room above and all kinds of noises throughout the night.

The pictures did not represent the motel at all or did the amenities matched what were advertised. Listed amenities were 2 pools being indoor, there was an empty pool outside. No hot water in the morning. I was told the supervisor was notified but that’s all that could be done. There were dirty rags left in the two rooms I had booked, and as a bonus some lice spray! Don’t let the pics fool you. The staff was pleasant.

Room was clean, Staff was wonderful, and parking was good. The hotel is very outdated, but the price adequately reflects it.

The staff was great 😊 They were doing their best job considering I only saw like the same two women!!!! The facility was not clean, beds were hard and the pool looked much better in the picture!! It had dead bugs in it. The jacuzzi wasn’t even warm

Our room was clean . We felt safe at this property. I chose the property for the price . Our TV remote was not working and the gal at the desk was very understanding and fixed the remote.

I'd say I got what a payed for, it was just for a place to stay for a few nights with the basics like a bed, bathroom, fridge, and Tv. It's a little shabby and the water pressure in the bathroom is a little low but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Room was disgusting. Dirty towels. took 45 minutes to get checked in because another customer was complaining that their room was dirty too. Will never stay there again.
