Nala Hotels

Asusual the team and service was good! We tried the restaurant and it still stays upto its name but few dishes were tasted average that day. Soup was bit runny than usual but the taste was good. Mr. Babu and Mr. Saravanan gave us the best hospitality asusual!

One of my worst hotel experience ever in my life pathetic hotel to say in simple terms, no proper information about hotel facilities AC doesn’t work restaurant is not open always and menu has just 3 - 4 items throughout the day and similar case in room service also. Staff doesn’t understand English and doesn’t understand what u say. Not coming back here again.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Nala Hotel Namakkal from 16th March 2022 to 11 April 2022 All hotel staffs and the Hotel General ***ager Mr.Alroy Assey have shown their kindhearted hospitality during my stay. The room which we were staying was very clean, spacious and having felt like homely accomodated atmosphere. Breakfast- is a damp squib. There is idli, vada,pongal, dosa, poori and the usual Indian breakfast including live counter for omelette . Apple and banana , melon, saathukudi. etc was served. They are excellent southIndian breakfast and partly north Indian breakfast too. Nala hotel concierge, was able to coordinate our medical needs which was a real bonus for our vacation. They also arranged for our daily requirements which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staying in Nala Hotel Namakkal actually enhanced our vacation experience. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including the training students in housekeeping and for room service. We have already decided to return to Nala Hotel Namakkal for our next vacation, which will be in August 2022. We had a wonderful three weeks vacation, and I have recommended Nala Hotel Namakkal to all of my colleagues, friends, and family. Thank you again for such an outstanding service. This is a good, quiet hotel. I can see why it is the top rated hotel in Namakkal. The room. was large and the bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. The restaurant is good and I enjoyed the breakfast. I enjoyed reading the newspaper every morning.

The hotel is in a convenient location with good infrastructure. Located near Namakkal Anjaneyar Temple. The front desk staff is excellent with good interpersonal skills. We stayed in this hotel on my official visit. Wide range of property for parking the vehicles neatly maintained and courteous staff. At entrance they welcome with plain water or vetti ver water. They are sanitizing the places every often. Rooms are very neat and clean and well maintained. Lovely and courteous staff. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bed and facilities. Equipped with all facilities including sanitizer bottle, newspaper. The restaurant has wide variety of food. Restaurant staff are also good. The breakfast has a good spread. Great food. Still remembering the crispy dosa straight from kitchen. They served a tasty unlimited full meals with poori, fruit salad, ice cream and beeda for lunch. It's a lovely place to break journey. We would have even stayed here for more days but have to get home :) thank you team for a super comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team
