This is the second time we've visited this lodge (first time was 10 years ago) and they still amaze us. If you want to check out a truly spectacular property, then look no further. The open patio bar looks out over the property slope giving you an amazing view, and in the evening they have a bonfire on the patio. The restaurant, food options and quality are first rate with an ambience that doesn't disappoint. If the beauty of the actual property aren't enough, the friendliness and genuine compassion of the staff will blow you away. We were there for a family vacation/safari to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We were at the bar having a drink talking about her birthday. Purity, one of the staff members, overheard us and came over and gave birthday wishes. An hour later we went for dinner at the restaurant, and just as we were finnishing dinner, many of the staff joined a Congo line singing and dancing their way to our table with a birthday cake. These people aren't just doing a job. They actually care about their guests and treat them like family. And oh yeah, if that's not enough... BEST BEDS EVER!!!

We spent 2 days at Lion Hill Lodge and it is truly beautiful. The staff are very attentive and more than happy to help. With extra activities to do out of the game drives it was lovely to enjoy the property. Food was fabulous at every meal and a great selection. Loved the tea and coffee at the bar outside of meal times.

This gem of a place always provides better experiences every time. The staff are so awesome and special mention to Daniel , Fridah, Serah, Mercy, John, Simon, Beryl, Paul , Harrison and Nicholas. Will definitely return for another holiday. Many thanks to the GM, Jayne for ensuring we are always comfortable and well taken care of.

We stayed in the Ziwa suite.... amazing! This was our favourite lodge of our 8 day safari. The food was superb, great selection, drinks reasonable prices too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Game drive was excellent saw white rhino, Lions and hyena's giraffe, buffalo and a glimpse of a leopard plus so much more. Would highly recommend a stay here and definitely recommend a visit to this reserve. Stunning! only wish we'd spent more time here.

The rooms are nice...very cosy and warm,pillows soft and nice..24hrs hot water shower. Food was too good especially the dessert called mahalahia..the Indian food nice too. The staff are super friendly.. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful one-night stay at Sarova Lion Hill. The room was fantastic, offering comfort and serenity after a day of exploring. We were particularly impressed with the delicious food and the lodge's incredible location within the park, which added to the uniqueness of our experience. The highlight of our stay was the Maasai dance performance in the evening before dinner truly a captivating show that enriched our visit. Sarova Lion Hill is the perfect lodge for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are normal,just fine but they are super clean. The best of the best in this hotel is the spa Eloise have an angel hands tha massage was AMAZING. All the people how work here is amazing. It’s a súper recomendable place to stay in Nakuru

We stayed at Sarova Lion Hill Game lodge in Feb. 2024. The opportunities for seeing wildlife in Lake Nakuru National Park were fabulous - both mammals as well as birds. The flamingoes and pelicans and other birds were there in great quantities and we also saw rhinos, giraffes and lions during our game rides. The lodge itself is very comfortable - rooms are good and service is excellent. The food was delicious and varied in all kinds of cuisines. We especially enjoyed the Indian dishes and appreciated chef Oscar's attention to our party. The live music was a bonus as were the feeding station for birds on the premises. We would love to go there again!

We stayed here one night in our Kenya trip and the service at this place was the best. Rooms (my daughters stayed in a separate room) were clean and well maintained and staff was very friendly. Loved the restaurant - had full boarding - there were lot of options/cuisines. Indian cuisine was there in buffet as well, but Oscar - chef that handles Indian cuisine - was amazing. He went above and beyond to take care of us by cooking to our needs. He pampered us with special dishes that were not in buffet. Very impressed with how willing he was to cook anything we wanted. I can never forget how well Oscar treated us - he is the best! BTW it's not just Indian cuisine, there were lot of options and everything tasted really good. Will highly recommend this place.
