We come back to Nakhon Si Thammarat every year, and this time we chose to stay at Mandy Nok because we thought it would be an artistic, design-focused hotel with lots of artwork. Unfortunately, we found it to be much simpler than we expected and not really to our taste. The room was very basic and quite dark, with nothing particularly special. The reception staff were quite cold, offered no greeting, and did not make us feel especially welcome. Breakfast had a very limited selection, and the food was cold rather than even warm. Overall, we felt it was a very basic hotel that did not offer good value for money. Unfortunately, it wasn't an experience we would recommend, especially when there are many better accommodation options nearby.

The hotel is great, and the accommodation was very comfortable. It's conveniently located near tourist attractions with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spotlessly clean.

The property is beautiful, showcasing impressive artworks by world-class artists. However, room cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The towels were quite old, and the pillows looked like they could use a good wash.
