Kiatnakhon Hotel

This is the first time I've ever booked a hotel for three people and paid for three, but only received two towels, and even then, one was missing a small one. I didn't contact the staff, who said they only provided two. It was very surprising. Next time I book a hotel, I'll have to ask carefully if they provide extra towels for multiple guests so I can bring my own. The blanket was also strangely separate pieces. The mattress was very hard, and the air conditioner was hidden in a vent and didn't cool the room. Considering all this, it was extremely expensive.

The room wasn't very clean; our feet felt dusty as soon as we walked in, like the room hadn't been cleaned in days. The hotel advertised a family room for three people, but only provided two towels. When we inquired, they said it was hotel policy. We were a bit surprised by this, but they eventually provided a third towel. There was only one pack of tissues, which wasn't enough for a family room. There was a shower cap, shower gel, a refrigerator, and a small clothes rack. The stairs to the room were quite steep, making it difficult to navigate with heavy luggage as there's no elevator. We appreciated the ample parking space. The location is opposite the Saengchan Brewery, which is noisy at night, but we were able to sleep. It's conveniently located near many restaurants across the street. Overall, the points mentioned need improvement; if these are addressed, the hotel would be excellent.

I liked the hotel's location; it was super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The price was also reasonable.

The rooms are beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The location is great, with lots of restaurants right across the street.

The school is very good. There is also a place for children to have fun. I highly recommend it. 💕👌🏻👏🏻 If anyone is looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend it. The price is good, not expensive, and worth it.
