The hotel is located in the heart of Korat city. Restaurants Within the hotel there are several restaurants. Both Chinese restaurants, European food, very large rooms. There is kitchen equipment ready. There is a fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, and executive lounge for guests free of charge.

GERMANY We spontáneously went to Nakhon Ratchasima to visit a restaurant on which I had already written an review – the Chez Andy Swiss Restaurant & Steak House. Since we didn't want to warm, we decided to stay for one night and therefore look around for a nice hotel. So we hit the AISANA which has a quite ordinary review under Google Maps. The most important thing was that there was the possibility of tanking some sun at the pool –, both on the arrival day and on the departure day (with late checkout) – at least the plan was so. The Asiana is a little hidden in a side street, it has a large parking place in front of the entrance. If you enter, you stand in a beautiful large lobby and will be welcomed at the reception in the best English. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was booked for about 40% and we received a good condition for our stay – including breakfast. What unfortunately no one told us when we paid in advance was, unfortunately, massive construction works with a lot of construction noise took place at several places of the hotel at the same time. The main concern was the pool area – which made a bed at the poll impossible, so we would have gone to another hotel, we would have been told openly. Also in our room we took clear construction noise (from 08:00 – 17:00) – apparently there was no remote corner in which we had nothing of it. Here we would have wanted more honesty from the hotel – and if already in such circumstances the price had to be much lower – there was a bear service. We could have been hired for the same price in Grand Aisana to compensate for this, where the review would certainly have been different. In our room, the two beds rolled or rolled around – that should always be fixed, otherwise one guest will be injured. The shower is hardly flowing out and the bathroom is quickly put under water, and we had only half a roll clothes on the room. On request it was found that this was supposed to be done and you just had sent someone to get new...😊 Otherwise the room was standard. Positively noticed us the pleasant space fragrance, the quiet closing clothing – the mentionable good clothing...Surely the best I've seen in &Thailand, the great smell of shower and shampoo as well as the remarkable The hotel was clean and beautifully designed and there is a small MUAN Café and the restaurant KAOPOON, which is already closed at 22:00. Therefore, in the restaurant we only took our breakfast. Unfortunately the selection here was very small – the coffee was thin and did not really taste, a cappuccino is being in Asiana

Stayed here overnight while passing through Korat, because of its location (close to The Mall). Friendly staff. Took a ”VIP” room which was actually like a studio: 2 spacious rooms, incl kitchenette (halogen stove + microwave), big cooler, 2 airco”s. Clean & everything in good working order. Enough power plugs + small bedlamps. Only odd thing is that the shower/bath is next to the bedroom, while the toilet can only be reached through the ”living room”. Ample parking in front of the hotel. 2 minutes walk gets you in The Mall. Very good deal.

The hotel is in the middle of the city, very good location, spacious rooms, inexpensive prices, complete facilities. The hotel food is delicious and inexpensive. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Hotel staff Beaming Provide assistance in various matters Well, I can tell you that I am impressed with all the services here. The staff are very nice. Everyone greets and smiles all the time they stay. And take good care of customers Will definitely come back

The rooms are clean, reasonable price, always looking new. Korat branch, good location, next to Terminal 21 mall, can walk into the back of the mall, very convenient. Going out of the alley, it's a short walk, about 100 meters.

The room is clean, beautiful, I really like it. The only disadvantage is that the parking space has a lot of capacity (or our car is big 🤣🤣🤣). Overall, it's good. Definitely going to stay again 👍👍👍👍

Excellent service, clean rooms, great price. The location is in the alleyway, however it is just steps away to everything you need, 7-eleven, laundry-mat, cute coffee shops, food halls and the mall.

I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

I live far from the bus station. But it's convenient to travel by tricycle, clean, spacious, the bed and pillows are very soft, smells clean, and the towels and handkerchiefs are very clean. There is soap and shampoo included. The water is very warm. The toilet is comfortable to sit in and clean. The very first place to wash the bottom of the water. Spray water until it falls apart. One slight disadvantage. The refrigerator sound is a bit loud and there is no wet/dry partition in the bathroom. You must be careful when walking, it is slippery. The rest is very good.
