Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

Mercure upper hill nairobi..am happy to join you in 1000 milestone celebration..lovely ambiance..locally inspired set-up..we enjoyed our brown ugali with ”Managu” not forgetting out of this world fermented milk.we are planning to re-vist with our whole family..kudos to the service team,madam gloria,chege,Sam,salome,Ann and chef moreen not forgetting their manager madam Jacky.

The location was great. The hotel was new and clean. The breakfast was a bit limited, but the price was reasonable so I had no complaints.

The four-star system is quite satisfactory. The bathroom equipment is relatively old. The satellite TV is not visible. The hot and cold water faucets are separate, but it should be more reliable in the local downtown area.

My stay at Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham was great. Distance to the airport was a big factor in choosing this location. Both restaurants in this hotel were amazing. I personally recommend the Chicken Swahili dish at Pablos. A special mention to a staff from the hotel, Wilson. He was extremely kind and professional and made our stay a memorable one.
