We booked this hotel because our flight wasn't until 1:35 AM. This allowed us to enjoy a lovely day in the sun and relax a bit more in the room.

The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean.

excellent rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, I loved the pool

The night service is not good. I asked for water, but they said I had to come down and go to the bar to buy it and drink it. When I called, they said they would bring it, but they didn't. I called 5 times and they still didn't bring it, so I went to the lobby and asked, and that's what they said. When I complained during the day, they laughed and told me to do whatever I wanted with it. I wondered if this was how a 5-star hotel should be. I began to wonder if I should receive this kind of service.

I cant believe my airpod pro is stolen from my 5-star hotel room. And I keep telling the staff and nobody cares!

Very good service,very good clean room

Nothing serious, everything was good. But I lost my airpod there. It is a shame that a 5-star hotel cannot find a way to locate my device, where the last location was in my room.

We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place. We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber! The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.

It's OK, the environment is pretty good. It's quiet, but the food and beverage needs to be improved. I hope it can be more perfect. Haha, if I have a chance to go next time, I will stay again.

It was my first time to this hotel and their service was very friendly and good.

The hotel is ok, price performance ratio is ok. the kitchen is very good. only the location is a bit out of the way. All hotel employees are very nice and willing to help. Except for a young man at the reception, I've never experienced anything like that before, something so unpleasant. That was the only negative thing about my stay.
