酒店的地理位置是最棒的部分。這座城市的主要景點都觸手可及。因此都可以走着去了。所有的政府辦公地點、主要的酒店和城市符號都能走着去。這裏的員工很樂於助人還有禮貌。酒店裡有一個位置很方便的禮品店可以滿足一個外國遊客的所有需求。

我選擇這家酒店的唯一原因是因為我是黃金會員，在國際酒店，我的洲際利益才能最大體現。但這裏不同。通常我訂的房間比我的會員等級稍低，這樣我就有優先選擇房間的特權。但這裏不同，我被告知衹有皇家會員才有這種權利。我的房間很舒適，但是一眼就能看出這是家很老舊的酒店。早餐味道一般，但東西都不新鮮。我不會再來這裏了。我將會選擇城裡的其他洲際酒店，因為這裏提供給會員的利益太少。

這裏的硬件外觀稍顯陳舊，但在房間和設施方面仍然是非常舒適的。酒店位於內羅畢中心的議會大樓旁邊。內部餐廳很好，自助早餐也很豐富。我們的航班是在總統選舉結果公佈的那天到達的。當天氣氛有些緊張，酒店有些部門和娛樂項目不能正常運作，比如印度餐館和晚上的現場樂隊。但總的來説,沒有什麼可抱怨的。

我在這家很棒的旅館住了幾天，還想再多住幾天。安全措施很棒，因此我們很有安全感。員工們都是性格開朗、熱情、有禮貌、專業。房間又寬敞又乾淨。從這裏可以看到市中心，一切都很好。設施非常好。早餐非常棒，種類繁多。房間裏還提供喝不完的茶。

酒店位於市中心的高度安全區，離肯尼亞議會和其他一些政府建築很近。房間很棒，早餐也不錯，但就是對於素食者來説可選擇的太少。更喜歡帶花園景的房間。
