Beautiful luxury hotel in the center of Nainital City just opposite to High Court of Uttarakhand. Beautiful, neat, clean & cozy rooms with a great view of the valley. Scrumptious food at Panorama Restaurant and staff services were top notch, Sonali & Shyam in the restaurant made our food experience even more better. Front desk team of Harshita, Harsh, Manisha, Bhumika, Tosif, Rishabh, Rugved our very courteous and give their best to make your stay a remarkable one and always fulfill all desired wishes of guests. As we stayed in the property on occassion of my Wife’s birthday they complimented us with a beautiful room decor done by Madan (House Keeping) and also a complimentary cake. They provide free shuttle service to & from Mall Road, Nainital. Highly recommended for family vacations in Nainital.

Had an amazing experience of our stay at Namah Nainital by Radisson Individuals. The rooms are really neat, clean and cozy. The staff is really courteous. A few team names who made our stay a very memorable one are Harsh, Manisha, Bhumika, Tosif, Rishabh, Rugved, Harshita from Front Desk. The food was scrumptious and the restaurant services by Sonali and Shyam made it even more better. As we stayed on the occassion of my wife’s birthday they provided us with complimentary room decor done by Madan (House Keeping) which was really very beautiful and cake as well which made our trip a remarkable one. They also provide free shuttle service to & from Mall Road which makes it easy to enjoy evening walks on Mall Road and also do boating at Nainital Lake. We look forward to visit again & definitely plan our stay at Namah Nainital for a lovely lifetime experience.

The staff was wonderful! They accommodated all of our requests if possible. The front desk agent Manisha was very helpful and a pleasure. The food was good as were the views and the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to others. Our stay was comparable to a 5 star property.

Very nice property, one of the best in Nainital, about half a kilometre from Mall Road and the famous lake. Staff is very courteous and helpful with smiling faces. Fodd quality is very good. GM Mr Naresh Singh is a very nice person. Overall a well spent day at Namah Nainital.

It is a good place, good staff and the breakfast was very good. The location here is the best and the best thing is that the staff is very friendly. My son who is one year old went with me and he also enjoyed a lot there. The hotel staff also gave him a lot of love which I liked very much,,❤️

Really nice property with great views. Comfortabl stay with nice clean rooms. Restaurant offer some amazing food. Housekeeping staff Madan was very helpful. Property is located very near to mall road and is one of the best places in Nainital for a leisure stay.

The Customer Service was Outstanding, i was pleased with the services. They went beyond to help us to find a perfect room. I was really very impressed.. Food Quality was Awesome. I never tasted food like this Hotel. It was amazing Experience to stay there.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at Namha Hotel, Nainital. I had anticipated a relaxing and smooth experience, but unfortunately, my experience was tarnished by the lack of professionalism and poor service provided by your transportation arrangements. On 3rd November in the evening , I was scheduled to be picked up by the hotel cab at the market. However, despite waiting for 40 minutes, the driver failed to arrive on time. Throughout this period, I contacted the driver multiple times, and each time he assured me he was just 10 minutes away. After waiting for an extended period with these repeated assurances, I was informed that the driver had taken another guest, leaving me waiting without any communication or alternative arrangement. This experience left me frustrated and inconvenienced. Waiting in a new place without reliable transport and the inability to reach my hotel was both unpleasant and unprofessional. I had chosen Namha Hotel specifically for its reputed service quality, but this incident has made me question my choice. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously to ensure no other guests face such inconvenience. I expect an explanation for the driver’s actions and the steps Namha Hotel plans to implement to improve your service reliability. This situation was highly disappointing, and I hope that your team will prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
