Big spacious room with a restaurant in the hotel and a convenience store right next to it. However the cleanliness could be improved. The room had an unpleasant smell when we first entered. It was also advertised as having parking but no parking was available at all during our stay. The listing should be updated or corrected to avoid confusion for future guests.

🤢 Unbearable Smell in the Room The absolute worst part of the stay was the room odor. The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a heavy, overpowering, and super smelly stench. It smelled like a mix of deep-rooted mold, damp carpets, and stale cigarette smoke that had been trapped for years. It was so intense that it made it genuinely difficult to sleep or even relax in the space. 📉 Everything Else Was Broken down or Dirty It wasn’t just the smell—literally every part of the room and the hotel infrastructure was in terrible condition: Cleanliness: The sheets felt damp, there was dust coating every surface, and the bathroom corners clearly hadn't been scrubbed in months. Maintenance: The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud but barely blew cool air, and several light fixtures didn't even turn on. Service: The staff seemed completely indifferent to guest comfort. When we brought up the issues, they didn't offer any real solutions or even a room change.

Had a wonderful stay at Victoria Hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, and a great location. Highly recommended!

Second time staying here, the location is excellent.

Central location, convenient stores and eateries nearby. 10 min walk to monorail. Hotel is quite old. Clean and decent size room for our family.

Great location, about a kilometer from Kokusai Dori.

Great location and next to a Lawson. Only downside was the small room but good enough for one night.

Nice hotel. It's a bit of a walk - about ten minutes plus - from the monorail if coming from the airport. There's a Lawson right next door which is handy.

Good but the sound of the nextdoor is noisy

Loved the decor in the family room. Very child-friendly including toys and child toothbrushes. Pyjamas were also provided. Only problem was that the hotel didn't reserve a parking lot for us even though we had requested for it. Had to drive around the neighbourhood for nearly half an hour before finding an empty lot!
