Room is look bigger than expectations. It is convenient there is 7-11 nearby and near shopping street. Shop in hotel discount 5% for guest.

Smelly room, smelly toilet. Ridiculous no curtain my wife waked up at 6am with the sunshine. Sure can’t sleep anymore then wake me up too. The bed was okay and the location is really great. I won’t be coming back because of the curtain, very poor experience.

We all loves this hotel, not just because of the great location but also the great services, they gave a hello kitty doll to my daughter as her birthday present, she was crazy happy about that, we’d come back for our next trip.

There is no table and chair inside the room. The breakfast is not available for booking due to full already, but also not much restaurant opened & offered breakfast at morning, only the convenience store.

It located in the downtown of Naha with walking distance to restaurants and Donki. The lobby and room are full of Sanrio characters, my girl loves it much.

The Sanrio character rooms were adorable, and the breakfast was also adorable with characters. I'd definitely stay here again if I go to Okinawa. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service from the front desk staff was very good, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a dedicated parking lot, so it's a bit troublesome for drivers to find a parking space. I was expecting the amenities to have cute designs, but they were just standard designs. There was an electrical transformer outside the window of the hotel on the 5th floor! I was quite bothered by this.
