Beautiful hotel. Very good quality shower amenities. Will surely come back to this hotel when I come to Naha! Conveniently located along the vibrant street full of shopping, cafes and restaurants.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Due to the typhoon, they kindly canceled one night for free. Parking is available on level -1 for a fee. The room's decor and details were lovely. The only minor drawback was the swimming pool's short operating hours, which might also have been due to the typhoon. The gym had a good selection of equipment, but its operating hours were also limited. The body lotion smelled wonderful. I would choose to stay here again.

This hotel is right in the middle of Kokusai Street, which is super convenient. It was perfect for grabbing souvenirs at Don Quijote on my last day. A taxi to the airport cost 1800 yen. There are tons of izakayas and Okinawan specialty shops nearby; the glass products are especially pretty. The mixed noodle and ramen shop a little further down the road from Don Quijote was really delicious.

The location and the fact that the hotel was new and clean were definitely the standout points. One area that could be improved is the parking process. I had to repeatedly keep and present the same parking slip multiple times just to park and retrieve the car. It felt unnecessarily cumbersome - ideally, there should only be a single verification at the car park lift, rather than additional checks at the driveway or again at reception during check-out. In terms of amenities, the hotel is good overall, but it could be even better with the addition of a coin-operated laundry area. I may have been slightly spoiled by the hotel I stayed at earlier in Chatan, where each room came with its own washing machine and even included two packets of laundry detergent.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Collective in Okinawa. The property is still very new and exceptionally clean throughout, making it a highly comfortable place to relax. Key Highlights of Our Stay: Great Perks for Families: They provide a dedicated kids' room that is completely free of charge. While it is not very big, it is still a nice bonus for families traveling with smaller children. Excellent Outdoor Jacuzzi: The outdoor pool complex features a fantastic hot tub with a jacuzzi function. The water temperature is kept very hot, which felt amazing on a breezy, cool day of about 18–20 degrees Celsius. Outstanding Breakfast Buffet: Future guests do not need to spend extra money hunting for authentic Okinawan food outside! The hotel's Vision & Emotion morning buffet serves an incredible spread where you can taste all traditional Okinawan dishes alongside Western and standard Japanese favorites. Pro-Tip for Future Guests: I highly recommend adding a little extra money to your booking package to include the breakfast buffet up front. It is absolutely worth it and saves you the hassle of searching for food in the morning!

Breakfast was okay, and the bedding was good. Perhaps due to the crowd, the service felt a bit understaffed.

A very nice experience with Hotel Collective

Perfect location! Shops, Lawson's, restaurants all in small walking distance. The hotel room size is big enough for open luggage at all times. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything is good except hotel do not have coin laundry service. Need to walk around 8mins to 24hrs coin laundry service.

Great for family hotel in a great shopping location in Naha city.

In the middle of the Street easy acess

Hotel is surprisingly bigger than what normal Japanese hotels are. Clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

Excellent location. It is at the heart of shopping street. Room is clean, specious, and cozy. Amenities and facilities are great. Good to stay here. I will come back for sure.
