Smart Condo Tomari
4.5/547 Reviews
6 km / 15 min / 1470 yen by taxi from the airport. Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.

Located in a location with a 10 minute walk from Asahi Bashi bridge. Convenience stores are between the station and the hotel, so don't forget to buy. There is a considerable distance from the hotel. Also, umbrellas are essential on rainy days. The car has a parking lot. Beautiful at the hotel that opened! Check-in is smooth and the staff is smiling and polite, and the explanation is firm and polite. There are 2 elevators and you can wait a little. The elevator works by touching the room key and pressing the button to ride the elevator. If you ride from the accommodation room floor, you don't need a card touch. The room is auto locked with a card key. When you enter the room, there is a card holder on the wall, and when you stab the card, it will be electric. The room is twin and spacious and beautiful. The bathroom bus of the unit bus is deep and slowly put in. Amenities such as toothbrush, razor, cotton swab are not installed in the room, so you get at the front desk. The desk is wide and the height is just good, and the desk work such as the personal computer is easy. However, since the chair is not backrested on the sofa, the work for a long time is tired, so it is good to work on the round table, but in that case, the outlet becomes far away, so an extension cable is necessary. The desk has two outlets. There are two places on the bedside and a USB type A power supply. There is a refrigerator under the desk. This refrigerator can keep 500 mm bottles in front of you, and you can put 2 liters of PET bottles in the back, but if you put 2 liters, nothing else will enter. Daikin's air conditioner made it comfortable enough with dry settings. Lighting control is controlled on the bedside and there is a remote control. The main lighting is bright with fluorescent lights, and when you turn off this lighting, you will be moody, so you can arrange the atmosphere of the room. There is no place to eat around the hotel, so if you eat easily, you can use the same menu from the room to the room service at the cafe on the first floor. The price is the same as the cafe. There is a small pool and sauna on the 13th floor. You can use it with a reservation or pool accommodation plan. If you refuse to clean the room, you will put the replacement towel on the door knob. The coin laundry is on the first floor and there are about 6 units. It is easy because the washing and drying is drum type full automatic. It takes 2 hours at a time. It is appreciated that the transfer to International Street etc can lend the bicycle for free. The biggest challenge of this hotel is breakfast! There is no problem about 2 to 3 nights. More long stays are tired. Although there are some dishes, there are about 2 to 3 dishes (roast pork, penne dishes), and in the case of , rice, it is not miso soup, but soup or soki soba, so this is also tired. The champoo system of Okinawa cuisine is only gourd champoo, so it is better not to expect it, but if you are tired of Okinawa cuisine, I think the breakfast here is good for a short stay. Check out was smooth.

For Chinese, if you are a free traveller, I strongly recommend this apartment. The most important thing is that the location is too convenient. The rooms are very clean, but a bit small. In Japan, hotels and apartments are very small. It is very convenient to have a microwave oven. If you want tableware, Rent a full set at the front desk for 1,000 yen a day. We can’t use it. From Naha Airport, take bus No. 99 for 230 yen to Tokakobashi for about 20 minutes. Get off the bus and walk for 3 minutes to the apartment hotel. Kokusai Street is a 15-minute walk. Zamami Island, Okinawa’s most beautiful island, is even more convenient. Just walk 3 minutes next to Tomatakabashi Station to buy a ferry ticket. Tomari Port is here. It takes about 40 minutes by car to the American Village. It takes about 2 hours to go to the aquarium by car at Totakahashi. There is a Japanese restaurant nearby across the road that is not too expensive. There are 2 24-hour convenience stores nearby. Don’t sell seafood on the international market. The seafood on the second floor is processed by the Chinese. The Chinese slaughter the Chinese. The processing fee for a fish, 2 shrimps and a bowl of noodles charged us 12,000 yen. The environment of the restaurant near the apartment is delicious. More than 5,000 yen. There is a fast food restaurant behind the apartment, which has many varieties and is not expensive. We came to Okinawa for 8 days and 5 days and stayed here. At that time, we didn't comment that we didn't live here for all. I knew the location was so good and stayed here for 8 days so as not to change the hotel time. Next time we have a chance to come and live here.

It is just a short walk from the airport by monorail at 2 station and through the ion. This time I will arrive in the evening, so I dared to make this place to rent a car 1 to shorten the day. The reason is that the rental car shop I am booking is nearby. Also, the accommodation fee is cheap because it is far from the center of Naha. There is a color 々 shop nearby for dinner, so there is no problem. Yes, it is important hotel information, but it is very new and very beautiful. It is not a big building, but there are a decent number of rooms. 1 There is a free drink machine in the shop on the floor, and you can drink coffee and soft drinks freely at any time. As for future use, if there is no business in the international street or Matsuyama area, there is enough use again.

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !
Mr. Kinjo in Sakaemachi
3.9/59 Reviews
I was a little nervous booking this given the lack of reviews however it did have a good rating and photos on Agoda. There are lots of Mr Kinjos around, many of which seem quite old, but this hotel appears to have been built more recently. The hotel is located near a monorail station and within 20min walk of Kokusaidori. We drove to the hotel and there is a carpark just a across the road for 700yen/24hrs. The check in was smooth and quick. They took MasterCard as payment. It looks like the reception is only there 1500-2400. We were on the top floor (level 10). The room is basically a studio apartment. There is a kitchenette with induction stovetop and microwave. There were not cooking or eating utensils but I think from the information booklet you can ask for them. The bathroom was great and has a separate shower room, a Japanese bidet toilet and a washing machine. There was no dryer but there was a very strong exhaust in the bathroom that dried our towels completely overnight. The bed was a comfy double bed. The room overall was very clean. It is also located right next to Sakaemachi arcade which is full of izakayas open late into the night. There is also a 24hr supermarket located just on the other side of the arcade. Overall this was a great place and I would stay here again.
