Room is clean, location is near the train station. This is a good place to stay in Nagoya . Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to JR Nagoya Station, about a 7-minute walk, and it's convenient for exploring and dining in the surrounding area.

Second time here. Room was great. Location close to Nagoya station. Next to family mart. Near the matsumoto kiyoshi and sugi pharmacy.

The Duplex room was clean and comfortable for two of us on an overnight stay. Transport service provided by the hotel was efficient and punctual, though the hotel is remote (and away from Disneyland and the commercial areas); our seats were reserved for the free return shuttle bus services from the airport a day in advance, though it can done within a few hours. We also booked a return trip by private car, arranged by our bus driver, Mr. Gao, for Disneyland, right after checking in. The front officer staff, Miss Mars, who checked us in, was very friendly and was easily contactable by Wechat, should we face any difficulties. We got a ready-packed breakfast to go, when we checked out. Overall, a pleasant stay, made possible by dedicated staff who served us well. Thank you.

It’s small but quite. The pillow is perfect for sleeping. WiFi is terrible and unable to use.

Good location as close to JR station. But facilities are very old. Multiple things are broken without repairs. Dirty as dust on furniture surfaces. Very noise at night due to poor soundproofing!

Hotel is about 5 mins walk from the station via Lucent Tower underpass. This hotel is mostly catered for business guests, but there are also people like me who are here for sightseeing. Everything here is well provided and happy with the spacious single room allocated 😊 Didn't opt for breakfast so no comments on that.
