Everything was nice except the pillow, I prefer the firm type. Walking distance to a few malls & itsumo tart.

Our go to hotel when we visit Batam. We like the hotel's location as it's a walking distance to Grand Batam Mall and BCS - Batam City Square Mall. A lot of eateries and massage parlors around the area. Our stay was cut short by a day as my husband got to cover for his colleague who took leave on the last day of our stay. We will be back again. Thank you Artotel for having us.

They put a lot of thought into decorating the room for me, which was a really nice touch. The room itself was super clean and smelled great, very comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious and varied. The location is very central, right opposite a mall, and everything is within walking distance.

Excellent stay beautiful place with breakfast! Central place to hang around and we went to many great places recommended! There’s 24hr circles mart and cross road to Grand Batam Mall! Only con is sone stain on pillowcase. Otherwise highly recommended!

Had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t bring my charger, but the staff at the ground floor kindly assisted me in finding a cable so I could charge my phone. As it was already late and I wasn’t able to purchase one, I really appreciated his help.

A very nice hotel for family. Everything was very good. Breakfast was amazing. With ibumie station as the front. The rest was good too. Even though no swimming pool and gym. But the location was very good. Shopping mall and wet market. It’s very happening even at night. 👍🏻

My forth stay in ts hotel. Very clean very safe and friendly & helpful staff. Check in & out was easy. There’s staff at lobby 24 hrs. Modern hotel style. There’s live band singing on weekends.

Great location, accessible to a lot of cafes, authentic local pasar walking distance. Perfect for short staycation . Will recommend to all my friends! And had our orders of lapis, lemper Ayam delivered to hotel as well.

Very good location as Peniun Pasar is just 2 minutes walking. Great breakfast spread. Staffs are very helpful.
