Great breakfast, hotel very closed to Nagoya and shopping. Breakfast has Nagoya specials. Hotel lobby at 11th floor

The location of the hotel is excellent, only 5 minutes walk to the station and it is central area and convenient to shopping centres. The hotel is a bit old, and the room is a little smell. The service of hotel is excellent and it is very comfortable.

Short distance walking from JR Nagoya and Meitetsu Nagoya station. Room not so big as we thought but very convenient and accessible location.

Very good location but the hotel is a bit old hence some of the amenities are either broken or not working. We booked four rooms, two of which had a very strong smoking smell even though we’re staying on the non smoking floor. We were hoping to have a drink or two at their sky lounge but sadly it was closed on Sundays and public holidays which is a bit weird.

Hotel location was excellent. Room size was decent with the price we paying. Recommended.

Very good location just 5 mins waling from subway and train stations, a lot of shoppings and restaurants near Hotel, Highly recommended to stay for vacation. Just a little Noisy because train station.

Location was awesome. It was easy to get to and near many big brands. There are also many food options around that area. The family room we stayed in is huge and spacious. Very comfortable

Although the hotel is a big old, the location is super good and convenient for travel, shopping and meal. The room size is not small.

The location is perfect!!! I wish the microwave was on every floor so I don't have to go up and down with my food. Also, housekeeping has rooms for improvement.

The hotel is located very close to the railway station. It is very convenient. The hotel is comfortable and the facilities is enough for a tourist. There are a lot of shops under ground as it is a railway stations. You can access any locations in the town by the railway stations. I like it very much. The only drawback is the hotel price is a little bit high.

Nice business-and-leisure oriented hotel in the downtown of Nagoya city. Connected to the train station (Nagoya station) with its multiple lines and train companies; well connected to the Bus Center as well. Quick check-in and check-out process. Room is clean, spacious enough, comfortable, and has all the essential items for a pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shopping spots around the location. There's also plenty of option for travellers looking for Halal restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
