Overall experience is satisfied and happy. They have onsen to relieve the tired body and leg after whole day walk. Great variety of breakfast selection too! The size of room slightly bigger compare vs other same range hotel. They provide variety of amenties too eg: bath salt, lotion, face lotion etc.

This hotel offers great value for money! I booked it because it was even cheaper than Apa Hotel for my travel dates, and it turned out to be better in every aspect. The single room had a king-sized bed, which was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space to open my suitcase. The staff were also very accommodating, and they held my luggage for me after check-out, which made my trip much easier. The location is a bit far if you're measuring from the Nagoya Subway Station (municipal line), but it was manageable.

The location is great near nagoya meitetsu station and bus centre. Great for traveling to airport and ghibli park. They provide amenities in the lobby but the face wash is not the best. They dont provide water bottle. Breakfast is nice and the complimentary lounge drinks is a plus.

We loved this hotel and came back again when we are to Nagoya. It offers excellent breakfast spread and also happy hour session (6pm-8pm). We also found a nice Unagi restaurant within walking distance from the hotel thanks to the hotel’s recommendation. 😊

They provide one free drink in the evening. The location was quite convenient, near the station.

Except for finding hair in the tub on the first day, the hygiene was good afterward. The location requires a walk to the train station, but it's not too far. The breakfast looked plentiful but seemed to be leftovers, as I stayed for several days. The in-room amenities were relatively new, and the complimentary cosmetics were quite good. There was free alcohol in the evenings, though I don't drink. The staff wasn't very friendly. I thought a single room meant a single bed, so I stayed in a double room on the first day. Actually, the double room and single room were about the same size, with identical beds. The only difference was that a single room couldn't accommodate two people. This was explained to me later by an older female staff member who spoke English. There was one female staff member who seemed to be in charge; she was impatient. If I spoke Japanese, I would tell her to find another job if she doesn't like this one. The washing machines cost money. This hotel is suitable for guests who don't need much interaction with the front desk.

Hotel was clean and in a good location, however the internet was incredibly slow - couldn’t even stream a 1080p video. All good other than that.

The hotel is located a few blocks from Nagoya Meitetsu Station. If you arrive by Meitetsu line, it's about a 10-minute walk, which isn't too far. Housekeeping is not offered daily; for stays of three consecutive days, guests can select one day for cleaning. However, the room rate includes daily breakfast, and from 6-8 PM, the restaurant provides a complimentary self-service drink bar. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food to the dining area to enjoy dinner, which is very convenient. Despite being 15 square meters, the room's well-designed layout comfortably accommodates two large suitcases.

Location is a little further south of Nagoya JR Station but if arriving from airport via Nagoya Meitetsu Station, it's a 10 min walk through underground mall via Exit 6 (stairs only). Near Nana Chan doll landmark, a 24hr Aeon supermarket. It has good room amenities bar including steamer iron, happy hour drinks and snacks, as well as a popular public bath accessible via a guest code and an affordable buffet breakfast. Good option for starting my solo trip to Tateyama-Kurobe alpine area.

I was very satisfied with everything – the cleanliness, location, facilities, and service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, it was excellent value for money.
