Very dirty, bad smell, bad smell, price is high not included breakfast or coffee, very dirty clean less clean less bad smell bad smell ……….. unbearable bad smell.

I never expect much from livemax. It's cheap, so it's already great. That's why we go there. A few of them are great... Like an onsen livemax i discovered. But this is not one of them 🤣

There were many restaurants and convenience stores on the way from the station to the hotel, so the location was very good. There were many business hotels closer to the station, but this was the cheapest. The mattress was so comfortable that I fell asleep without realizing it. I forgot to bring my iPhone charger, but they kindly lent it to me, which was helpful.

The room is very large, separated into bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms. There is a washing machine available for use. But if you want to bake + detergent Must buy more at the counter. Overall very ok with this price, but deducted 1 point for the damage to the wardrobe in the room. There is only one door + school row, no convenience store. You have to buy it on the street corner before entering the school.

This was my first time using Livemax, and it was probably a separate room from the apartment, so it even had a washing machine, and the bedroom and plumbing were all separate, making it very easy to use and spend time in.
It was clean and not old, which gave me a good impression.

I came out of JR Nagoya and found this small hotel after a long search. What was different from the previous experience was that there was only a sign at the front desk saying that the front desk was out of town. If you have any questions, please call me. It was really amazing...
