Vacation with family, we arrived earlier and they help us keep the luggages so we can have a good morning walk in the city. The check-in using kiosk is easy and they speak some English so we dont have any problem to understand. Breakfast is local Japanese style so we feel like hosted at Japanese home.

Reason for 0.5 rating on "Service":
Upon check-in, the hotel failed to provide enough pillows for the number of guests, and when I asked the front desk for more, they said they had no inventory! Ctrip tried to mediate several times to no avail. Eventually, the front desk offered two throw pillows as a makeshift solution.
Reason for 0.5 rating on "Environment":
I stayed in a top-floor room, and there was severe low-frequency noise (from a commercial outdoor compressor right outside the window/vibration from the rooftop AC units). My request to switch rooms was denied (fully booked). This significantly impacted my sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely choose a lower floor.
After changing rooms the next day, there were no issues.

Very close to Sakae, about a 10-minute walk. You can find both budget-friendly and high-end shopping there. The airport bus stop is super convenient: turn left out of the hotel, cross the street, then turn right, and it's just a three-minute walk. The subway is also nearby, about a five-minute walk. I booked a twin room, which came with two chairs and a small round table. The space isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. There's a laundry room, an ice machine, and even a microwave on each floor. The only downside was the long wait for the elevator.

The hotel. Is near the shoppong area. There is a parking beside the hotel. The front office is in the 2nd floor. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but it's coon in Japan. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Overall a highly recommended budget hotel in Nagoya

The hotel is located not too far from Sakae station and major shopping malls and street. The standard dbl room is slightly bigger than usual jp room. It serves complimentary breakfast which are of simple spread like salads, oden, rice, soup etc.

This is the nth time I've stayed at a hotel from this brand. The room size and design are pretty much the same everywhere – not huge, but perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is standard; it feels like the food is identical in every location, with the exception of one local specialty. It's much cheaper than hotels near Nagoya Station. Walking to Fushimi Station is also convenient. I later discovered that taking exit E from the underground shopping area is the shortest route, but be warned, there are only stairs, no elevators or escalators.

Perfect for an early flight to Hokkaido at 7:00 AM. Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM, but I'd suggest eating for just 15 minutes and then heading straight out as it's pretty basic. It's about a 5-minute walk to the check-in counter. Domestic flights are quick to process and security is fast, so you should be through everything by about 6:45 AM, leaving 15 minutes before boarding.
**Note: This plan isn't suitable for international flights.**

This hotel offers great value for money. The staff are very welcoming and the location is convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the subway station and Sakae. Plus, a tasty breakfast is included.

The hotel's location is superb, just about a 7-minute walk to the Sakae district. Convenience stores and drugstores are less than a 5-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby with direct routes to famous attractions like Tokugawa-en Garden, Nagoya Castle, and Osu Shopping Street. There's also a great grilled eel restaurant close to the hotel, and their unagi don is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is consistently excellent. The breakfast, which changes daily, is also very tasty. It's an ideal choice for a trip to Nagoya.

Ms Kuroki-San 黑木 front desk staff, is the only hotel staff that gave me a good impression from this hotel . On our check out day, she volunteered to help us with our luggage ! Throughout our four nights stay, we were only greeted by the front desk staff.
The staff at the restaurant ( library cafe) have never greeted guests who came in for breakfast. They have no smile on their faces, put on black face and just perform their tasks and made very loud noises when cleaning or pulling out the chairs, breakfast buffet offers were very bad, in variety and taste.
Our room was very dusty, the curtains felt very dusty as if the hotel has never wash & clean the curtains for years! My eczema became very bad since I checked into the hotel.
Housekeeping staff always forgot to replenish clean towels and slippers.
May I ask the management of this hotel, what have you done ( or did not do) to your staff that made them so unhappy to work in your hotel? In return, they made your hotel guests very unhappy to stay in your hotel!
I will never book this hotel again!

Pros:
1. Room and toilet is clean. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good.
2. Located 5 mins walk from exit 3 of Metro Fushimi Station. There is also a bus stop along the way which can brings you to Sakae area and other spots. Otherwise, walking to Sakae area is doable as well. Additionally, along the way to hotel, will spot the scenic spot of Science Museum.
3. I had opted to walked to Osu Shotengai Street from hotel. As is autumn, the route along the way was great as will pass by a park with great scenery and people.
4. Lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and drug store nearby.
5. Breakfast was provided and not bad for my taste even though almost the same everyday. There is a tea/coffee/water section where is provided for free.
6. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise.
Cons:
1. Room is quite small. I had brought 2 medium and 1 small luggage but only manage to open half of the 2 medium luggages. Barely able to walk and nearly trip on the luggage.
2. The hotel lobby is located at level 2 and require to take the lift. Believe was due to Japan public holiday or is a holiday season, the hotel was quite packed during my stay. At night when back to hotel, there was long queue to take the lift despite having 2 lifts.
3. Same goes for breakfast area, if you are eating after 8am onwards, too pack and the seating place are too limited.
4. Nothing much on the view as I had gotten a room with no views and overseeing opposite rooms only.
Overall, despite the small room size and others, actually I find this hotel to be nice to stay at. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel despite there are only few minor cons.
