Location wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look!
Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday.
Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax.
Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel!

ロケーション的には、最寄りの地下鉄まで徒歩約 8 分です。遠いとは言えませんが、近いわけでもありません。評価は 3.8/5 です。最も賑やかな地区ではありませんが、歩いて行ける距離に大須という主要なショッピング街があります。ぜひ行ってみてください。
その他はすべて間違いなく満足です。私は毎日の朝食ビュッフェ (午前 6 時から午前 9 時まで) が大好きです。タンパク質の品揃えも悪くありません。卵のフリーフロー... メニューは毎日少しずつ異なります。
午前 6 時 30 分から午後 4 時まで、夕方から深夜まで温浴を楽しめます。最高です! (他のユーザーのプライバシーのため写真は撮っていません) いつ行っても空いていて誰もいなかったので、まさにプライベートな空間でリラックスしているような気分です。
ハウスキーパーもとてもフレンドリーです。トイレタリーは受付の前の公共エリアに置いてあります。ホテルに入る前に忘れずに持っていってください。
日本での良い経験になります。

Let’s say, it’s an average hotel! Basic rooms, which are clean, so it’s enough if you just need a place to sleep. The breakfast is bad!

Poor advertising by Trip.com.
Room does not come with cleaning but wasn't clearly stated at the booking page.
Only found out on day 2 when room is not cleaned up. Hotel reception articulated that the room does not come with cleaning. Both hotel and platform are playing the blame game and not taking responsibility.
Lodged a complaint to trip.com and was awarded a compensation of 1000 trip coins, which doesn't solve the problem of room still not being clean 🤔
Please fix your communication and service recovery, trip. You can keep the coins for yourself.

This is a cost-effective top-class business hotel located in the heart of Sakae. The large bath on the first floor is available until 12 o'clock. The breakfast is not that great. There is a welcome coffee on the first floor, and you can use it for free until midnight. Of course, the staff is friendly.

This is a fast hotel, located near Yabacho subway station, on the street of Gigolo, with very convenient transportation. It is only 20 minutes' walk from Osu Shopping Street, and not far from Matsuzakaya Department Store. There is a famous eel three-course restaurant upstairs. To be honest, I am very surprised why the hotel has such a low rating. It must improve its rating. The three-bed room can easily accommodate three adults and one child. Although the room is small, the facilities are complete. The hotel provides free hot springs and the breakfast is also OK (don't compare with five-star hotels). The only bad thing is that the room does not provide drinking water.
