The renovated hot spring town has a nice atmosphere, and Kai Nagato's gate gives it the feel of a mansion! There was a dorayaki shop next to the gate, and I bought it twice, once when I arrived and the next day. The sale ends at 4pm on the day, so I checked in early and went shopping. There's a cherry blossom tree in front of the lobby, and I bet it's beautiful in spring.The staff are very nice and helpful. Calligraphy for the first time in a while with local music! I was quite nervous as I wrote this. The meal was delicious and made with local ingredients, but my partner, who doesn't like meat, had to put up with the miso soup with chicken for breakfast. I did something pitiful. I'd be happy if they could do something about it, but this is the reason I'm downgrading it by one star. This time, I arrived in Shimonoseki the day before, ate blowfish sashimi at Karato Market in the morning, and then crossed the Tsunoshima bridge to the world. It was a great trip, wandering around on the riverbed, strolling around at night, and relaxing in my room.

We stayed here for 2 nights in February, probably off season. I wanted to celebrate my husband, so I consulted with the staff about everything from changing reservations to making advance preparations. . The room with a garden and open-air bath was wonderful, and the hospitality of the staff and the food were all excellent, making my stay in a different world of bliss. Well, I think other people have already written enough about how nice the room is and how wonderful the experience is, so I'll just leave two points! 1. Even the maintenance and cleaning are beautiful. →I came across a coffee maker being maintained, but it was completely empty in a big wagon. . . Instead, you can carry out maintenance quietly by carrying an inconspicuous maintenance bag. I couldn't help but fall in love with it. 2. There is a small study in the special room. You don't want to work here! ? However, if you absolutely have to do it, you can quickly finish it in your small study. Thank you again for your wonderful stay. I couldn't finish visiting Yamaguchi, so I'll be back!

Is this Hoshino? All the staff were not smiling. Why is the footbath in the hot spring town with directions on the hotel hump water-filled? I saw many people take off their socks just to get in, only to realize they were in the water and put their socks back on. It probably has something to do with providing information and introducing facilities. In the room, the water from the refrigerator is in plastic bottles, which is nice, but the tap water smells awful. I've stayed at resorts and Hoshinoya, but this is the first time I've stayed at such a horrible Hoshino hotel. President, please stay overnight. I've stayed at other Kai series, but I was disappointed in this one. I stayed for several nights, but the dinner on the second day was also terrible.

I stayed at Hoshino Resort with high expectations. The staff's customer service and room setup were perfect, but I was worried that the cleaning was not perfect. ○ There is a spider web on the light in the corridor where the room number is written. ○ There was food spilled on the floor of a semi-private room in the restaurant. It was found in the same place the next morning, so it seems that the floor was not cleaned. The explanation of the facility is insufficient, and the source is only lukewarm water in the large public bath, and the rest is a circulation type. After returning home, I found out that the application can know the congestion situation of the public bath. I think the hotel still has room for improvement.
