Little room. Very small . Not compatible for families.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped to extend our stay when our plans changed. The room was clean, best very comfortable, and powerful shower. Room service was excellent, even the room is cleaned after we leave quite late one day. We did not try the breakfast but they have free coffee and tea packets in the reception and coffee is very good. Most important of all for me, the sound isolation between rooms must be good because we never hear anyone next door.

Room is good.like that the hand wash is separate from the bathtub. Quite spacious for Japan hotels. Staff are very helpful - I did not have an adapter so they help lend me one. Within walkable distance to the train and main bus station. There is a Yume mall within 10mims walk. If you like, you can walk to alot of the sights

Within walking distance to the shopping mall. The room is small but clean. Surrounding is quiet but there is no parking lot attached to the hotel.

Beautiful Nagasaki, the hotel room is relatively small, the braised pork here is a must. The front desk speaks English. The door station [Obato] is convenient to go anywhere.

This is the hotel with the largest room and the best breakfast in this Kyushu and Shikoku trip. There is a massage chair in the room, and you can relax every day when you come back from going out. The hotel is very close to the tram station and you can easily reach the attractions in the city. There seems to be no direct bus to Mount Inasa, and you need to change buses, which is not very convenient.

The room is small but very exquisite. The breakfast in the morning is also very rich, with Nagasaki specialties. The service staff speaks very good English and is very enthusiastic. The overall experience is very good!

The room was surprisingly small. It was on the top floor, so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet menu was a bit disappointing. The food was average. There was a wide variety of drinks.

There were two of us, including my child, but there were no amenities for children. The bath was spacious and there were bath salts, so we filled it with hot water and let the two of us take a bath.
