２泊させてもらいました。宿泊費が安く、費用対効果が高いと思いました。
フロントの方に笑顔があるともっと良いかと思います。マニュアル対応を感じてしまいました。（こちらが話している間に返答する等）

柏崎駅目の前にあるので、チェックインが大変楽でした。設備は全体的に古く、ドライヤーが浴室に備え付けかつ温風の出が弱かったところは残念でした。Wi-Fiもロビーのみなのが不便だなと思います。
浴室に窓があり、開放感があったのはよかったです。（ほぼブルボン本社の眺めでしたがが）
周辺に24時間営業のコンビニはありません（柏崎駅にNewDaysはありますが早くに閉まります）、少し歩くとセブンイレブンがありました。

連泊にて利用させて頂きました。
フロントの方丁寧です。
私が泊まった初日の夜は混んでいて駐車場が狭く怖かったですがギリギリ空いていて停められました。
他にも停める場所探している方おられました。
お部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。
清掃の方何人かとすれ違いましたがご丁寧に挨拶して下さって好印象でした。
窓が少し開けられるようになっており高さもあるため怖い部分もありました。
また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きます。
急遽の泊まりにも対応して下さりありがとうございました。

海まで歩いて行けて、熱海銀座通りにホテルがあるので食べ歩きができて満足でした。でも泊まった部屋に、前のお客さんの割り箸が落ちていたり、カーテンも色が褪せていて、ちょっと残念でした。
