Your hotel needed remodeled, it was dirty, old, didn't smell very good. Parking garage always had shady people hanging out in it, your price was way too high for a place Soo rundown.

Showed up for our stay only to find out the resort was closed due to a fire over a month before! No one from the hotel or Travelocity notified us of this!

The resort had just delt with a large fire only hours before we arrived. When we got there fire department was blocking off the road to the hotel. When we spoke with a hotel official they said they were relocating everyone. This almost ruined our vacation
But... The hotel stepped up, found us different accomodations and we couldn't have had a better vacation. I was so impressed with how the hotel handled this catastrophe. We will definitely come back, and I hope captains quarters rebuilds bigger and better. My only critique of the hotel would be they need better communication. Even if it would have been a Twitter post or a FB post, something to keep everyone in the loop. But honestly that's just not picking.

Check in took too long. Waiting 2 hours for tissue after two phone calls to front desk. Beds were uncomfortable

Room had bad musty smell, sink drained slow. 4 day stay, no visit from house keeping. Common areas were dirty

This property was gross! Floor coming apart, boogers on the wall, air vent leaking water on the walls, blood or ketchup on walls, trash on floor, hairs in bed, stains on pillow.

This is a great stay for families with young kids. They make sure each day there is something fun for the kids like a pirate show or fire dancers at night. They do a wonderful job maintaining the grounds. Truthfully it’s the guests that make a mess of things during the day. The rooms can use a deep clean. The wall surfaces had built up dirt from handprints that have built up over time. Other than that it was nice.

Stayed 3 nights 4 days. I planned this as a fun trip for my grandkids. It was fun for the kids, but if you do not have kids with you ...choose a differerent location. Definitely not worth the money. The Oceanview efficiency for 4, yes it had sleep area but we felt like sardines packed in a can. Room was small
