It was such an incredible experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and therapeutic. The rooms were well ventilated and lighted. Beds are comfortable and clean. Cleanliness of everything was on top notch. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. From the look of things, they love their work and understand what is expected of them. Starting from the reception, dining area, drivers, swimming pool, room service and cleaners. All did commendable work. Allow me to applause the following teammates for making my moments at taita hills exemplary memorable ✨️ 1. Dorothy at the dining, ever smiling and caring remarks. 2. Chef Collins seeking and taking feedback as a gift. 3. Oliver at the organic garden....the best tour guide and educator. 4. Mohammed at the pool bar....very energetic and entertainer. He used to make my day and cheer me up with his music and dances. 5. Anita at the dining, cool, humble and ready to serve any time. 6. Ride drivers sam and nicodemus cheerful, insightful narrators and humorous, James at the pool, he knows his work and humorous too. 7. Elsie.....very friendly approach, I had to make her my bestie. She was very cheerful and made me not feel homesick at all for the 3 days we were there. 8. Jonathan, the one man guitar....very entertaining. Generally, servant leadership was top notch. No laxity noted anywhere 👌. I will be returning soon with other group of friends and wish to experience salt lick accommodation. Good choice of food and well balanced for a vegan, vegetarian, or otherwise. However, I was looking forward to other experiences like: 1. Inclusion of more traditional foods like cassava, mrenda, mushrooms ....etc 2. Having shower sandals in the bathroom. 3. Having 3 people in a room, putting 3 shower caps is sensible rather than 1. 4. On weekends or public holidays, have an exclusive event like dance, music, live bands, movie night ....etc. 5. I would be happier if breakfast could extend to 10am rather than 9am.
