We had a really nice stay at the plaza. Great location and very central. Very comfortable rooms and amenities. The stay were very friendly and helpful.. even with our limited Japanese we managed quite well. The restaurant was good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of western and Japanese

What a wonderful experience! We were amazed at the selection of fresh seafood for breakfast and dinner. This is by far the best hotel seafood buffet for sure! The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious and tidy, overall ambience is great! Onsen is nice and relaxing. It is a bit far away from JR Hakodate station and does require you to either take taxi or bus. The hotel was offering a small hotel shuttle at the time which was nice however must reserve with the hotel before hand. The lady driving the shuttle bus was very nice and even gave us some traveling tips for the local area! Thank you! Special thanks to Mr. Yoshida-san at the front reception. He had noticed that one of the shuttle times we had reserved was not available that day, so he took extra effort to make sure we made it to the earlier shuttle time to make it back to the hotel. Thank you Yoshida-san! I really would like to come back and stay at Umi to Akari soon. It was a wonderful experience! Wish the best of success to this hotel!

The people in the hotel were very friendly. We arrived at the station early, called the hotel, and they sent a car to pick us up, and sent us to the aquarium to play, and then came to pick us up again. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but the service is very good and heartwarming!

We stayed for 1 night on a tour from Shimokita Peninsula to Tsugaru Peninsula. From the coastline, there is a Mamon Onsen near the ski area running in the mountains for a while. There is Yakushi Do hall nearby, and it seems to be a historic hot spring inn. Currently, it is changed to a modern Lee z－ and a hotel building, but the public bath is used by Aomori hiba, and the hot spring hot water is pleasant, but the smell of hiba is good. I think if the weather is good, you can see the stars in the open-air bath. The rooms are a large 12 tatami Japanese room with chairs and tables in the back. It is a bit far from the window, but you can see the sea of Mutsu Bay. I can't hope for the sunset, but the Asahi looked clean. There is a refrigerator in the room, but the drinks will be a store or vending machine on the first floor. There is nothing like convenience stores nearby, so I think it would be better to buy it on the coastline if necessary. The dinner on the tour was a banquet hall on the 1 floor. The table seat was quite inferior to the distance. It is a set dish, but the warm dish is put on the stove, so it remains hot and the cold dish is served cold. Nakai's response was good, and even if he was eating with two people, the suck was able to be put out at another 々 timing. The local sake was delicious.
