The rooms were clean but definitely not a 5 stars hotel room. Our toilet was inside the shower and the bathroom door wasn’t closing properly. The hotel needs a big renovation. The current situation is not even near the pictures on the webs. Only places was renovated was the ballroom but everything used for ballroom was plastic from chairs to cups. The restaurant staffs were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast was better than expected, surprisingly good variety and taste.

Our stay was great, the children had a great time, but we would like to thank Mr. Murat Erdem, who took care of us, she is a hardworking and successful hotel staff, I recommend her to everyone. They help with everything and it is a very clean hotel and the food is very good.

Not so clean and some items having cracks.very small bathroom and run down place.food was okay and at least some bbq was available for dinner.it is also far from the city around 5km and a bit remote.Hope they improve this place for better experience coming from a long trip

This hotel we stayed for two days. This is a stopover hotel for the Singapore Nam Ho group tourism.The rooms were average & clean .but toiletries poor.We went for hot air balloon in the early morning.-That was spectacular.The next day some went for the jeep ride - not all received.

Nothing too much to write about, decent rooms, food felt mass produced albeit good quantity of meat to be consumed. Meals majorly consisted of beans, eggplant, cold cut meats, grilled chicken, beef, sausage in tomato sauce, coffee/hot choc machine, Took few cab rides to local markets, yellow taxi cab rides from here Shop in hotel is outrageously priced and don't budge when bargained with

Can't say ANYTHING positive. After I wrote a 1 star review in google they asked me to delete it. (they offered to pay for my beer if I deleted that comment - imagine). Not one redeeming quality about the place (except for the guys at the reception who are quite friendly). But overall just pick another place because you will regret it. There are many hotels anyway.

Came for check-in around 8pm, quick check-in, went for buffet dinner but it was dissapointing, cold food, fish was dry, many flies around the restaurant. Room was outdated, can be better in maintenance and upkeep. Great to have automatic Lightning sensor but hotel should be mindful to have better sensor setup since total dark in a few second before lights on, its a risk for safety as i cant see anything.

This hotel is a hidden gem, we visited it as a couple, the prices are very affordable, great attention is paid to hygienic cleanliness, the food is delicious, I recommend it I highly recommend it, especially to couples. It is one of the best hotels you can come to with your family.
