This hotel is very near perfection, and one I will dream about for the rest of my days. Unbelievably charming, historic, sweet, without a shred of pretense or grandiosity. I swooned when I checked in. The staff is so kind, friendly, helpful, personable, even playful. I fell in love with the manager's new puppy. The waiter, Recep, was so solicitous, helpful and kind. The garden is the most delicious, quiet, soothing space. I almost didn't want to go on excursions, wanting to linger longer there. I hated to leave. My only criticism-- so minor, I would've preferred a fridge in the room, there was a cabinet for it but none there. I miss this place already! And the little village in which it sits is so very charming and sweet.

My mom and I spent 3 nights at Yunak Everli and wow it did not disappoint! It had the most incredible view of Cappadocia! We arrived after a long flight and the kitchen had closed but the waiter still allowed us to order food, which was extremely kind! We spend each evening after touring at the bar with aperol spritz and at the pool! The hotel is built into old caves in the rocks. The staff were very kind and offered us blankets to wear at night and lit fireplaces outside at the bar and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and had an array of bread, meze, fruit, spreads, meats and eggs with coffee and tea! One day we explored the town of Urgup which was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Other restaurants are also located 3-10 minute walks away. They also helped us order a taxi to go and see the hot air balloons in the morning which fly outside of Urgup- the town next to Gerome where the hot air balloons fly. The only thing was the rooms did not have air conditioning which made sleeping difficult as the weather was 30 degrees! This hotel was absolutely a once in a lifetime experience! Highly recommend!

Quite, cozy, relaxing place with incredible kitchen. It is an old and huge residence converted a lovely hotel. Great staff. It was a lovely experience. I was surprised with delicious meals I had. I was not expecting that in a small hotel. There 3 churches around and one of them has mass very Sunday.

We very much enjoyed our five night stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel is gorgeous and charming, and the rose garden is so lovely. Breakfast on the terrace is a must. The food and atmosphere are quite special. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant, and it was delicious. Many thanks to the wonderful staff who made our visit so special, including Ahmet at Reception and Murat in the restaurant. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our memories of Cappadocia will always include this special place. Thank you!

The ambiance was incredible, the food was as good as I’ve ever eaten, and the service was outstanding. I can’t say enough great things to do it justice! Thank you Murat for your wonderful service! we were seated in a beautiful courtyard which made for a perfect evening. Don’t miss this fabulous restaurant!

I stayed at Gül Konakları for 3 nights. The hotel is an old historic mansion composed of two buildings. Parts of the mansion have been preserved the way it was and it gives one the feeling of life lived there back in the days. It is situated on a square surrounded by other historic mansions. Social areas are decorated with fine items such as historic maps and antique furniture. One can take a walk towards historic monasteries and the beautiful nature of the area from the hotel. The staff is very hospitable and eager to fulfill your needs. The food was simply delicious with fine vegetarian options. It is a really nice alternative if you already consumed the traditional food options of the area.

Charming stone hotel(not cave which is better for me). Perfect location for trekking or cultural tours in Cappadocia. Decent size rooms, clean, kingsize bed, quality linens and toiletries. I loved breakfast and dinner. Meals and service better than most of the restaurants in the region. We will visit again.

Misss gibi gül kokan bir konak .Yaşqnmışlıkları hissettiyor,el değmemiş ,dokusu bozulmamış. Tarih kokuyor.Çqlışqnlar kaliteli,güleryüzlü,ilgili.Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı müthiş.10 günlük turumuzun sonunda 2 gece ile zirve yaptığımız bir otel oldu.Çok teşekkür ederiz,bundan sonraki Kapadokya’daki tek tercihimiz olacaksınız.
